I thought I would talk about this, since I find my one and only day at Dragon Con to be a memorable day for me.
It all started a few months ago...probably January or March. I woke up, did my morning routine, watched TV and all that. Then, I realized that I was going to Dragon Con that day. I got dressed in a hodge podge of a Doctor Who shirt, blue shorts, an Adventure Time Finn hat, and a pair of headphones. My mom dressed up in one of her Halloween costumes, and by one I mean one of two that she had. The other was her high school graduation gown that was tattered, bloody, and zombie-ish because last Halloween she went as a zombie version of her Graduation self, with a perfect pencil through the neck illusion and a sign that said "High School was the death of me" or something like that. Anyway, back on topic. My dad, who was still alive at the time, drove us to Atlanta where we waited in line for a few hours. Saw some good cosplays and a few Adventure Time ones. Once we finally made it to where Dragon Con was taking place....you know what, I'll give you a short and sweet rundown.
- Ate some good food
- Met Jeremy Shada, the voice of Finn
- Met Colin Baker, the 6th Doctor from Doctor Who[i GOT HIS AUTOGRAPH]
- Took a picture of a cool looking Harley Quinn cosplay[the girl was cute ]
- Took a picture with someone in a badass Captain America cosplay[seriously that costume was awesome]
- Argued with someone dressed as Ash Ketchum over who was the better Pokemon trainer.[Ash or Red. I won the argument. I took Red's side （≧∇≦）]
- Got a Spider-Man poster and a Doctor Who poster
- Got a fez and a Sonic Screwdriver
- Ate the best pizza of my life
- Sneakily took pictures of some cute Sailor Moon cosplayers [DON'T JUDGE ME. Although one came up to me and asked for a picture. She gave me a kiss on the cheek (￣▽￣)]
- Took a picture with one of the best Joker cosplays ever
- Met the best Batman cosplay ever, took a picture with the guy, argued over who was Batman[We both won]
- Took pics with Survey Corps members
- Fought with a Deadpool cosplayer[best 25 seconds of my life. We fist bumped at the end]
- Watched The Doctor Trilogy[Name of the Doctor, Day of the Doctor, Time of the Doctor]
- Got a Dragon Con shirt
- Got lost[but hey, met a cute Miku cosplayer. We hugged.]
- Yelled at a Navi cosplayer and got a great reaction[i screamed "SHUT UP NAVI" and she fell down!!! The Link cosplayer laughed and gave me a thumbs up.]
- Caught a glimpse of a Sora cosplayer[i think]
- A bunch of other junk
Alas, we had to leave....hope I go back another day.
