Long ago(Not that long)....there was a Table. A Table where Knights would gather to discuss, chat, show images of a moving nature, go on adventures and have a grand old time.

 

That was the Round Table. And they were its Guardians.

 

The Guardians of the Round Table once lived in harmony in their group, their Seats were their Titles and they were assigned to protect those of their choosing along with their merry making and adventurous natures. With Lord Ruby Rose at the helm along with his/her co-founders, things went smoothly....for a while.

 

Months of drama, lack of commitment, abandonment due to excessive madness and other things destroyed the Tables reputation. People fought for real instead of RPing...insults were exchanged, resentments were forged....it wasn't going well.

 

After a while, even the creator left. Disappeared without notice, dooming the already doomed Table forever...

 

Until now. A Guardian called Sir Kunivas took it upon himself to start anew...but he had to make a deal with a Demon called Quan Chi. And while he is now Demonic, he retains his honour and has allowed the New Guardians to start over...in the Netherrealm. A new Table has been forged from the most precious and toughest materials of the Realm along with its Seats, giving a new chance for the Knights to shine once more in the Darkness. With the aid of his Second-in-Command and beloved, Lady Pandy, now known as Lady Caramel, he shall restore the honour of the Round Table...and make pretentious speeches.

Lore enrichment over, hello! This is the replacement for the sadly dead Round Table. Based in the Netherrealm of Mortal Kombat X now.

Want to chill, hang out, shoot the breeze, engage in honourable kombat, adventure and post funny GIFs of many kinds?

 

Then simply comment saying that you want to join the New Table! Choose a Seat Name/Title and someone to protect e.g: Another member, another Knight, a Pairing/Ship etc. And it would be my honour to have you sit among us at this Table!

 

Ground Rules:

 

1. Don't start anything. There will be no Drama nor any personal attacks and fights. The only combat that will go on here will be the RP Fights, so no "He said. She said" nonsense please.

 

2. If you wish to leave the Paragades, please say! If you get bored, can't keep up or simply just don't want to be here then please tell us, announce your departure. Don't worry about it! And if you wish to return, just come back and say you want to rejoin! We don't want quiet Deserters.

 

3. When engaging in Adventures/Kombat, follow standard KH13 Roleplaying rules.

 

4. No Meta-Gaming/Godmodding.

 

5. Try to organize when you want Mini-RPs to occur as to not overlap with conversations or other Mini-RPs as to not hinder progress and stifle motivation. We want this new iteration of the Table to live longer and be even more fun, so please do what you can.

 

6. Most importantly: Have fun! Make merry, like the old Table once was! Just have a good time while you're here!

I fare well! Attempting to write, planning on having a bit more food after what I just had, and not much else!

Strange enough, quite the opposite. My summer is much cooler than usual, both figuratively and literally. I've been doin' my best to make this summer last, and it is moderately cooler than your average Summer heat. Strange, huh?

And I want to get back into drawing, but I feel something inside me telling me to be too lazy to do it, even though I think about drawing something every Sunday at Church. But I HAVE however, done lots of cleaning over the Summer, but those are regular chores, so that's normal.I need somebody to help me overcome this laziness. I've tried exercising in the morning, I've rested my eyes for a little bit longer after I wake up in the morning. My body just doesn't want me to do it...What do I need to do?

Hmmm....well, it's certainly natural for us Artists to have our lazy spells. And even MORE natural to gain the most inspiration at the most inconvenient of times. (In the middle of a church service, middle of class, work, etc....) Perhaps what you should do is just write down all your ideas as they come to you, and then literally create an agenda for yourself. For example: "Okay, on such and such date, I'm going to have such and such project completed" Then, when you find yourself with some down time, get to hopping on completing them!  It may take a while to get your desired outcome, but the satisfaction and pride you'll feel once it's done, is so much greater than the regret you'll feel if you never start them at all.

You'd be surprised at how hard it is to capture that grin perfectly....
