Long ago(Not that long)....there was a Table. A Table where Knights would gather to discuss, chat, show images of a moving nature, go on adventures and have a grand old time.

 

That was the Round Table. And they were its Guardians.

 

The Guardians of the Round Table once lived in harmony in their group, their Seats were their Titles and they were assigned to protect those of their choosing along with their merry making and adventurous natures. With Lord Ruby Rose at the helm along with his/her co-founders, things went smoothly....for a while.

 

Months of drama, lack of commitment, abandonment due to excessive madness and other things destroyed the Tables reputation. People fought for real instead of RPing...insults were exchanged, resentments were forged....it wasn't going well.

 

After a while, even the creator left. Disappeared without notice, dooming the already doomed Table forever...

 

Until now. A Guardian called Sir Kunivas took it upon himself to start anew...but he had to make a deal with a Demon called Quan Chi. And while he is now Demonic, he retains his honour and has allowed the New Guardians to start over...in the Netherrealm. A new Table has been forged from the most precious and toughest materials of the Realm along with its Seats, giving a new chance for the Knights to shine once more in the Darkness. With the aid of his Second-in-Command and beloved, Lady Pandy, now known as Lady Caramel, he shall restore the honour of the Round Table...and make pretentious speeches.

Lore enrichment over, hello! This is the replacement for the sadly dead Round Table. Based in the Netherrealm of Mortal Kombat X now.

Want to chill, hang out, shoot the breeze, engage in honourable kombat, adventure and post funny GIFs of many kinds?

 

Then simply comment saying that you want to join the New Table! Choose a Seat Name/Title and someone to protect e.g: Another member, another Knight, a Pairing/Ship etc. And it would be my honour to have you sit among us at this Table!

 

Ground Rules:

 

1. Don't start anything. There will be no Drama nor any personal attacks and fights. The only combat that will go on here will be the RP Fights, so no "He said. She said" nonsense please.

 

2. If you wish to leave the Paragades, please say! If you get bored, can't keep up or simply just don't want to be here then please tell us, announce your departure. Don't worry about it! And if you wish to return, just come back and say you want to rejoin! We don't want quiet Deserters.

 

3. When engaging in Adventures/Kombat, follow standard KH13 Roleplaying rules.

 

4. No Meta-Gaming/Godmodding.

 

5. Try to organize when you want Mini-RPs to occur as to not overlap with conversations or other Mini-RPs as to not hinder progress and stifle motivation. We want this new iteration of the Table to live longer and be even more fun, so please do what you can.

 

6. Most importantly: Have fun! Make merry, like the old Table once was! Just have a good time while you're here!

As V-mon noticed Drale's feint, he quickly reacted."Vee...headbutt!" He shouted, as he thruster his head at Drale, a heavy blow to Drale and a small headache to V-mon. "It... is quite the tale to tell of how... I got these keyblades." V-mon was quite dizzy, but since Drale took a heavy hit in the attack, he was able to recover, but facing the opposite direction of Drale. "Ah... Hey, where'd you run off to?!" Not noticing Drale was behind him.

Drale recoiled, with a sharp gasp. How can he... gah, he thought, trying to catch his breath. He grunted under his breath, realizing he had been underestimating his opponent. Well, I'm behind him... Now or never, he thought as he readied his two swords. He jumped into the air, and brought his two swords downwards, dull sides aimed towards V-mon. It was a non-lethal fight, he wasn't planning on doing any serious damage... unless he had a few cracked ribs.

"By Ix'Nath, what ARE you?" Drale muttered as he saw the Digimon rush towards him. He attempted to dodge, but couldn't, and got sent flying. He grunted in pain, as he hit a pillar, and fell to the ground. He had a few scorch marks on him, and a few bruised ribs, but he'd lived. He had lived through far too much at this point. "Hmph," he grunted out. "Looks... like I won't be doing this the easy way," he said, dissatisfied. "I'd so been hoping this would be quick." Turning his shadow sword into a bow, he reached his hand towards Flamedramon. "Power of the Shadows, go!" he incanted, not that he actually needed to or anything. He just wanted to make a show out of it. Flame's shadow rushed towards his open palm, and turned into a bow. Notching it into his bow, he aimed at Flame, and let fly. Even if it didn't hit, the shadow would rush towards him.

 

(Note: Instead of having separate powers, he can control up-to three shadows at once. How does that sound? I've just always had him as a shadow wielder.)

"What~?! This... Sorcery?!" Flamdramon was stunned and was unable t dodge the arrow. *slashes Flamdramon's arm* "Gahh! Drat. I thought I could withstand that..." He stood up, still holding his Keyblades. "You got one arm, but good luck takin' out the other!" Flamedramon zipped up to one of the pillars and jumped with extremely fast speed, and jumped from one to another with a trail of flames following in the air. "Fire Rocket!" His moment of striking was unpredictable.

"I... can agree with that. Let's call it... *pant* a draw." V-mon said, while holding out his hand, willing to shake hands. "You've got some real skill yourself, Drale. We should battle again someday, but of course, *pant* when we've gotten stronger." After they shook hands, V-mon just fell over and tried to catch his breath.

*Emerges from a Hellish Portal, walking to the both of you as I speak*

 

You both fought quite well...I'm impressed.

 

No need for finishers, obviously. Not only was that Sparring but I can't have members of the Table performing Fatalities on one another.

 

When you are able, return to the Netherrealm. *Leaves, leaving the Portal open*

I really do need to take it easy every once in a while.

I've been good. I actually beat FF4 on the DS.
