While it's true that we've only seen Xehanort in Birth By Sleep and briefly in Dream Drop Distance, he's had a major role in the series, in the fact that he's managed to f*ck up all the main characters lives, and well, he's been able to transcend time to orchestrate his plans and end up where Kingdom Hearts III shall take us: The Keyblade War.  Kingdom Hearts III will be the end of the Xehanort Saga, and as such, it shall be an amazing game with an amazing showdown, and I'm sure that Xehanort will definitely go out with a big bang!  I'm pretty sure he'll get even more face time in Kingdom Hearts III, and well, he'll probably make our heroes suffer a lot through the majority of the game!
