Tally level

For this rp we have devised a way to level up if the system doesn't go well We will drop it all together.

the options that are Presented before the players, not all player need to pick the same option. Not all options will have the same difficulty level, Different difficulty levels gift higher rewards From Items to Exp And anything in between. The reward should accompany the decisions level And success Rate should Follow after a player has made a decision, Nor are the players even forced to follow the options as noted “options limit the non plot developing material.” Nor would that player gain Significant Tallies. Sometimes an option would have a Tally level in order to proceed with that option. Being a lower TL Harshly decreases your chances of success with that scenario. with that said we just want to better the rp experience. Being highly Descriptive will award a tally point. Even doing normal day by day activities Like eating and sleeping Will Award a tally point as well. Many different things award tallies and can help you get ahead in the world. one of those many Ways are Interacting with the npc and other players (Sparing, chatting, relationships, Rivalry, Saving lives, Original content, Adding to the plot.) you control the story as much has we do, and we'd like to see you Controlling npc (W/ permission) and taking a new course of action.

"Great..." Gabriel muttered as his suit began to malfunction, a bane whose ability was hacking into security systems, no wonder she took control of the radio station, his suit's systems quickly shutdown to prevent any further damage done by her hacking, all the green lights turning off as now soldiers flooded the room, scanning him, Gabriel didn't move a muscle as the soldiers examined him, he was outgunned, and he'd need to activate his suit's "Manual" mode in order to do something this woman couldn't predict and hack into.

 

Pherhaps the most unpleasant experience from all that wasn't that he was fooled, not that he was scanned, not that he was recognized, but it was the spit the woman threw at his visor, as he simply cleaned it, and for some reason the woman ordered some soldiers to follow her, as Gabriel stood there, and most soldiers simply walked out of the room, some stayed, this gave Gabriel ample time to press a few buttons on his suit...as the original Green lights, turned into Topaz yellow lights, this signaled that the suit had entered Manual mode, and that there was no AI for her to hack into, no operational system activated either, the woman would soon lose his presence and the few soldiers in the room would be quite surprised to see him like that.

 

However, even though the suit's systems were offline, Gabriel could still use its main abilities...nto with the suit's power core, not with its onboard computer, but with his mind, a perk of Mechrokynesis is that he could control his suit and act as if it was fully operational even if it wasn't on its normal operational mode, good for when it was disabled, or he expected it to be detected.

 

Two guard were left in the room with him, both of which were now pointing their guns at him, Gabriel quickly sprinted forward, rolling behind some tables as the men opened fire, Gabriel quickly rushed to their side pulling his dual smgs and firing back, taking one of them out as the other one began to fall back, but Gabriel switflty threw a knife from his suit...right at the man's eye, killing him. Gabriel wasted no time, getting out of the room and pursuing the woman through the building, with his suit now in Manual mode, she'd have a hard time dealing with him.

 

 

 

- Dex Carter -

 

 

Dex simply looked at Ara, as she seemed to look at him with an angry, or rather aggressive expression, Dex slowly followed her, to see where she was going, and to his surprise, it was to open the door to some guests, some people he didn't know, he simply waited for them to come in with a normal expression. Hoping that they wouldn't attack him on sight, considering his face was pretty well known throughout many districs, not only because he was an Octave's gang member, which already gave him a reasonable bounty on his head, but he was also a bane, which quadrupled the original bounty, making it reach around the hundred thousands...too low if you asked him.

 

He hoped they'd be friendly, if they weren't, he could dematerialize, no problem.

She turned nd raised her gun at the boy.

"What the firetruck is going on here?" She growled, Elysia also raising a single coin to railgun with. "Bane?"

"Unknown." Came the curt reply.

 

>Jeremy Hunter/Southeast Darburb - Order Base Thebes

 

Jeremy and Soren lined up all their soldiers. Soren was on a balcony, and had a rifle trained. His Bane ability would help him set up the shot easy...

 

"Just a routine inspecting guys."

 

And so, Jeremy went down the line, asking questions during his inspection, using his Bane Aspect to find out who was lying.

-Nolan "Arkham" Vigil-

 

 

"A scientist..." He mentally noted after moving from cover to cover silently in order to remain hidden and actually get a look at whomever may be in that room, but it was only the Scientist and a strange shadow, which after some fearful mumbling, disappeared and left the hapless, lab coat-wearing fool alone, who went to another room and got himself occupied. This was the perfect opportunity to either capture him or steal all of the info he could from his now unguarded computer and work out what that signal was. "Well, he's no good...all of that mumbling gave away that he's probably mad or just uselessly fearful." He pondered to himself, then decided to make a quick but quiet break for the Computer, then standing up straight and activated his Arm-Mounted Computer and began hacking while tapping buttons on the Lab Computer.

 

"Okay, access codes verified...bypassing cleanly....someone needs to update their security protocols." Nolan thought to himself, resisting the urge to scoff as he blasted through the computers firewalls and began downloading every bit of info the Computer had. A relatively simple process due to the sub-par security, but he kept looking out for the Scientist or any other unwanted guests who might disrupt the download and bother him...slightly.

- Dex Carther / Straven tower / being held at gunpoint and at coinpoint.

 

 

 

"Well thats a nice way to say hi..." Dex said sarcastically as he held his arms up, as if surrendering, gotta say, he was beggining to think the day would be a record day, where he didn't have a gun pointed at him...well, he did get held up by a katana wielding girl earlier, but that wasn't the case, still.

 

He noticed the girl holding a coin up (Elysia), Knowing full well that someone who, was dressed as casually as that, and wasn't using a weapon nor armor, was probably a bane, he smirked, "Well if we are at introductions my name is Dex Carther, I am a bane like your friend there...as for whats going on..." he said de-materializing and reapearing to the right wall with his back leaning against it, "I have no idea..." he said.

Darken Comes Out with his eyes Close and moves Forward.

            Darken:

 "Everyone Needn't be On guard here" he Stated Calmly.

 

"Here is one of the only safe havens there are in the cities. Come in Seraphim and Elysia. But i am Afraid we can't wait much longer We have To get straight to Business"

 

Darken Showed Everyone Inside and the Members Of Straven Tower lined up in roll call at the snap of his fingers. The snap echoed, Ara was one of the many standing in Line. Five people, including Ara stood before everyone. Dark then walked towards the beginning of the line. everyone one was in a very proper stance. Military like, they all stood with a small pride.

 

            Darken:

 "Introduce Yourselves."

:Maxis              

"Uh, Helo Everyone. I'm Maxis. i'm a Bane" He said while stumbling over his words.

"i may look small but i'm very strong."

Next was a girl with bright tile hair, she was on her phone and not paying much attention til darken Tapped her on her forehead She Unglued her face from her phone and looking slightly embarrassed Said.

 

               Saka:

 " Hey, i'm Saka Von gretis Kiet, and i'm not a bane. i Handle Most the Tech and so forth."

She said as if she some what dreaded it. " i study bane aspects And Auxiliary Components Basically what makes banes similar and Different. Just call me Dr.Saka." Said in pride.

 

:Clancy        

"Sup duh names Clancy" He said with a British Welsh Accent

"i'm duh pilot yuh hear? i'll get you anywhere in the City. And i'm Also a bane, What's it to yuh? just let me know if you need to get somewhere, oh yeah i'm also Duh trainer here Don't think i'll go easy because your new."

          Claude:

 "Excuse him, he's not Usually THAT ignorant."

 

:Clancy

"Oi!! Ya bugga!"

 

Clancy snapped at Claude, Shaking his fist, threatening to hit him. Claude just raised His hand in a calm manner

         Claude:

" Oh! Put that thing Down, Use your sausage Fingers for something other than fighting, you savage!" he stated Seamlessly.

 

"Now where was i? Ah Yes, I'm Claude Revdua. i'm head of the Medicine and Home Ec. Meaning i handle every cut, bruise, and if i do dare say surgery. i even can do hair cuts if you so happen to Fancy one." 

 

Ara:

 

"And i'll Be Ara Kamui to you. here in this small team i'm on the front line, also a well adept tactician and strategist. I am a Surveyor of the field, i also will give and deploy everyone KDCS machines and missions."

 

Ara then handed out these Devices and put one in everyone's hand. they were small and Easily hand held. they could be hidden and used in every kind of weather.

 

"I know much has not been explained but, the lot of you have been Chosen to bring down Northopia. Darken and i have hand Selected you for your talents, abilities and traits. Most of you have what we are looking for to bring Northtopia to it's knees and others have the capabilities to be trained to do so."

 

She said whilst Pacing back and forth.

 

"We among the many will have to Endure the pain of the city."

 

She stated her final word and got back in line.

 

Darken then stood up front

            Darken:

 "Thank you ara" He said with a grace For her.

" i know the ends and outs of northtopia the weaknesses of its structures and all that there is too know. Those who do not wish to proceed may turn around and leave. if this is not so Please let me have your attention for a little longer."

 

Darken then made his way down a hallway. every room was stunning. A Chandelier was the sight of every Spectacle. Paintings Lined the Walls and The Murals of the ceiling Riddle the mansion with beauty. He then stopped and to turn to everyone 

 

Darken:

"We have rooms if anyone needs a place to stay, Don't worry no charge. "

 

In Specific rooms, on every bed had a little Note on it with everyone's respective name. Some Rooms had two notes on separate beds, Indicating that those rooms belonged and had to be shared by them. no one had to stay but it was getting late, which meant patrol would be out. as the day shifted to night, and the brilliance of the stars were Becoming visible through the dome Shaped Sun Roof in the main Halls and room. Things were only visible out but not in from these Sky windows. It was Shy of Night time.

everyone then made there way deeper into the mason.

A TV then slowly Protruded from the wall directly infront of everyone in the main living room and Turned on by Saka. She then Gestured everyone towards the TV.

It was Playing the News. A Riot had broke out in central Darburbs. 14 Dead, 43 injured. the riot broke out because of a northtopia order that turns Food Supplies in Central and south Darburbs to little to nothing. this was in military retaliation against the bane attack on north Darburbs that happen not to long ago. this was Due to the Order. it then cuts live "Why Did they Do this To us?" Gun  shot Sounds And broken Glass can be heard Among the other violent Noises. Sirens were Blaring, and people screaming a kid could be seen laying face down Presumably dead and then a patrol car parks right on top of the body. The camera is then knocked down and it cuts back into the news station. the news Women then states "If you are apart of the order you might as well as turn yourselves in!!"

the tv was then shut off. and Saka Shrugged.

Helicopters Could be heard, over head making their way to the scene. The Noise became more and more Distant. 

 

 

For Nolan

 

As Nolan hacked the computer, there were some really Questionable Files Like 'Adult Films' and 'Space Cougars' that were downloaded. the files went relatively Quickly. but the patter in the other room stopped and the Scientist proceeded out of the room and looked directly at Nolan, Just kept walking and Doing what he was doing. His eyes were Blank white, he was blind at further distances.

The scientist, then groped a vile.

 

"If you have come to steal The Important files, You're on the wrong monitor." He said without looking then went back to muttering  to himself. 

But you might want to leave now, your friend Gabriel Is in danger."

The doctor state very calmly and creepily. he then Walked back into the room, he came out of and Resumed what he was doing before hand.

 

A dread filled the room. The files were nearly at a hundred percent but how much time did Gabriel have?

Was he Lying or telling the truth? How did he know about Gabriel? these Questions meant Life Or Death. the pondering Just brought the consequence ever so closer.

 

For Gabriel

 

The lady was standing there with a man beside her. this man was Completely Transparent and looked like a dark apparition of a man. it had Emanating bright eyes, and then the Women Spoke.

 

"Looks like you're in for it now. you should have ran."

 

The dark Figure Charged Gabriel Throwing him against the wall and Entering his Body and a black cloud of smoke. Gabriels body felt heavy and then twitched. His body started Moving on its own Towards the Women. She Threw a knife at Gabriel and his hand reacted to catch it.

 

"Now look here, Come Along and be a good boy, tsk tsk no resisting." 

 

Then Gabriel's body put the knife towards his throat and proceeded to follow the Women everything for Gabriel Started to go dark and he heard Inconsistent voices in his head. Man, women, Children all crying in his head And then everything went black.

 

Then "How would you... like to be tortured again... Gabe.. I still hope you have those scars i gave you..." be came slowly audible, with the addition to Malicious laughter... then things were completely dark and silent.

-Nolan "Arkham" Vigil-

 

 

The Scientist was only mostly right, for a few files had some importance, amidst the sea of Pornography stored on this computer, to which he could only sigh a modulated sigh, but then his eyes widened beneath his helmet as he heard the Scientist mention that Gabriel was in danger, so he had to act fast.

He took whatever he could from the computer, deleted all of the Adult Material as he had no interest in it and burst into the room where said scientist was and picked him up completely off the ground, growling furiously and throwing him all the way into the other room into the computer that held the questionable content, smashing the monitor. Then Nolan grabbed the scientist's head as he loomed crouching behind him as he began questioning him.

 

"Gabriel. Danger. How and why?! And how do you know anything about him?" Nolan growled, his other hand ready to punch.

For Nolan

 

"Hurt me and you'll never find out. Touch me and you'll never find out, if you don't let go of you me you'll never find out." the scientist stated as he was being grasped. he had a calm look in his eyes but a very deadly potential. He was with holding information not because he was the enemy by god he never cared who he helped he was in it for the science, but plainly for the rudely mannered man with his emotions bleeding out. 

 

"Now' if you'd be so kindly to let me go i may reconsider our first impression."

 

He looked down and over "my heart has a monitor on it. if i die, it will send an alarm and the last things i have seen will be recorded. It records Bio metric Signature And Take Endo Photos able to take picture of people Skeletal structure making an Accurate 3d representation Of their face. the machine is made by a super Dense Nano material With anti EMP rectal, It also would take approximately 7hour to hack into if you know the structural weakness of the nano bots if you don't 18 hours. I've been practicing how to slow my heart rate just low enough that i could trigger the alarm. But if i wanted to i wouldn't have told you. i'm not afraid to die 8-3A255. "

"I can read your Vital Signs and my Visor is completely opaque on the exterior as well as constantly shifting, so there won't be any IDing, not to mention my Voice Modulator. That and they already know me, so it doesn't matter." He said a little more calmly, explaining everything to the point and clearly.

He wasn't wrong either, the Scientist's Heartrate was very telling of his emotional state:

Condition: Borderline Terrified - Lying

 

"You're sweating too and I highly doubt you're a warrior monk who can lower their heart-rate, my Science beats yours now TELL ME!" Nolan added, hitting the Scientists head against the ground with the hand he held him with, then pulled out one of his Heavy Pistols and rammed the barrel against his temple, threatening him with death, causing the Scientists heart-rate to spike.

"Your machine is wrong you won't beable to read my vital signs i've had to much caffine my Heart rate would be off the charts and if you wont let me go.. well you'll have to find out the hard way  8-3A255. You are very incompetent did you not learn anything after we 'let you go'?" 

 The scientist did not simply Care. he just sat there with locked eyes. The sweat Was from the intense heat in the room with all that mechanic devices on it's bound to get near boiling. the Scientist just Simply Raised his hand And faded. He had and Epidermal Device that That made him intangible. it was set under his skin. He stood up and move to a position near the vials. 

"If you were Only Patient..you would like to think that you technology would be Allister's but it won't.." He stated Will still intangible Then his heart rate drop dramatically and his vein Began to get smaller.

 

"Good bye  8-3A255, And don't think a tracking devices will work. i'm Omnipotent" he laughed softly

He then faded through the wall and was no longer there with the last words "Allister lead you here? Looks like he wants to really destroy the north.." Echoing in the room. The alarm has been tripped rather triggered and not much time was left For Nolan. Bane Soldiers Were already on their way. Accompanied by Vladimir.

 (*sighs*  now im gonna have to expose Gabriel's face for all to see...)

 

 

 

 

 

- Gabriel Stross - Unknown location - Holding cell

 

"Oh not this shit again." Gabriel let out as he woke up, only to find himself in a poorly lit cell, which not only smelled like shit, but looked like shit as well, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air circulation was utter garbage, thank god he didn't have asthma. Getting up into a sitting position on the bed he noticed one thing. He did not have his suit on, in fact he only had his underwear, thankfully, the only saving grace of the cell was that it wasn't cold, "Ahhh crap..." He muttered as he turned his head to see some clothes laid out in a table in the opposite side of the room, Slowly getting up and trying to remember what happened before he was taken here. "Perfect plan, make me have my suit go into manual mode, and posess my body...should have prepared more..." Gabriel made a mental note as he didn't remember what happened after his body was taken control of, he only hoped that his suit was somewhere he could retrieve it.

 

Large scars around his back and chest, one of which resembled a large gash in the right side of his chest, several whip wounds on his back as well, courtesy from his days as a slave, all a horrible reminder of the miserable life he went through, slowly puttin in the clothes, hell even the clothes felt dirty, he dressed himself into what looked like prisoner clothing, poor quality shirt and pants, he looked at his arm and noticed a small gash, "..." he did not say a word as he opened his mouth, and pressed a teeth in the back of his mouth, which injected a drug into his system.

 

"Gr.." he grunted as the pain from the drug being injected was horrible, but thankfully, this "drug" was highly effective at neutralizing poison and stopping minor bleedings like the one on his arm. He then turned to check the cell doors, noticing the lock was really old, and rusty, would make an easy lockpicking target, too bad he did not have any lockpicks, allthough... "Hey guard!" Gabriel shouted, as a guard came over "What do you want bane?" the guard yelled angrily, as Gabriel simply frowned, "Could you uuuh, remind me why im here again?" he asked as the guard laughed, "You were brought in by a bane, that woman...whats her name...Kara? Snow?" the guard tried to remember as Gabriel simply threw his hand forward, grabbing the guard by the throat as he slammed the man's face against the cell, managing to snag the keys off of him as he unlocked the door from his cell. 

 

And another guard came over, with a stun baton, trying to swing at Gabriel, as he simply ducked and gave the man a pucn straight in his balls, followed by an uppercut, snagging the stun baton from him and sticking it in his throat, and leaving it as he simply walked away, through a large set of corridors, wary of anyone that would pop up at any moment, until he came up to a door, a large, steel door, which looked unlocked. "Probably a trap, but what the hell." he muttered as he opened it and went inside.

 

 

(TL:DR; Gabriel got out of the cell, now without his armor, knocked one guard, most likely killed the other, and went through a door)

 

 

- Dex Carther - Straven tower.

 

 

Dex maitained a relaxed look as the meeting took place, there, he got to know several of the straven tower's inhabitants and teammates of darken, a kid....a pretty woman, a girly looking guy with blonde hair, a medic, catching all of their names as he was finally going to introduce himself.

 

" Greetings! My name is Dex Carther and im a ba- " before he could finish he was interrupted by Ara, who handed him a device, small, easily concealable, happy from the free gifts Dex smiled, but as Ara began to speak why they were all here, 'Must be important for an octave's gang member to be involved, actually I think I wasn't involved at all, I just kind of...stepped into this.' he thought to himself

 

Smilling again as Darken mentioned some rooms, although he wasn't really tired, he appreciated that he wouldn't have to pay anything, his face took a look of surprise as Tv came out "Oh look, tragedy!, why am I not surprised that the order's involved..." he said with a sigh not knowing that Seraphim and her friend were in it, "Seems like while also trying to make a difference, and make things right...they end up leaving things more firetrucked up and they were before...excuse my language, I was in the octaves...but you all know that by now don't you?" he asked them "Thanks for not shooting me on sight..." he mentioned.
