I beat him w/o pots or heals, i was lvl45..on my fisrt try >;3

that doesn't help me at all! Dx

It helped me ;p Try dodge-rolling every time he does dark break...

k heres what i did

 

i had fairy harp(like i said before) and for items i had 2 high potions 2 mega ethers 1 elixer and 1 mega elixer. and i had aero cura and fire on shortcuts. the first thing i did was aero (u may wanna do tat throughout the battle) went over to him and did ars acana or whatchamacallit. then when he hit me i did cura and hit him a few times so i could get my mp back up instead of going to the item slot thing

and for the dark break i didnt dodge roll it was to confusing for me i kept running into him i just ran around in a circle and when ever he said something i jumped.

and so basically whenever u have 3 mp (which isnt tat hard to get) do cura and aero. and when he does the teleport thing just glide in a circle and when he does the huge lightning thing glide again. and after that i put aero on and hit him. thaz how i won http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif

OKAY! HERE'S WHAT I DO!

 

...just X button pound and then when he's about to do that thing where he attacks you very hard - do lots of dodge rolls. to get out of the way. when he does the thing where the line-thing goes across - MAKE SURE YOU DODGE ROLL AWAY FROM IT!

 

then when he flies in the air - do GLIDE to get away. (going in random circles is what i did. im weird. but it worked.)

 

only attack him when hes not attacking you. guarding helps a bit too. always be ready to heal.

i once took two weeks to beat him. and then when i did it - i jumped up and down in joy while the cutscene went on, and i tripped on my wire and unplugged everything.... ><' <--- dont do that.

I reckon Aero is a waste no offence. The trick to beating any boss is just being patient and not button mashing to do as much damage as possible and then taking hits. I just used glide to dodge all of his attacks... didn't even have dodge roll lol. I don't like dodge roll >.

use some abilltys you know that is an attack like ars arcnum and use mana only for cura and fary harp sucks dont use it use metal chobo the one you get when you beat cloud in hurcles cup it looks better and is stronger

okay DONT USE THE FAIRY HARP!!! its a sissy Keyblade!!! (and i should know )

unlike in KH2 where range wasnt too realistic in KH it IS so a long keyblade like the Metal Chocobo should work.

......................................oh yeah and to doge his attacks, GLIDE STUPID HEAD!!!! Gliding will keep him from slicing right through you. oh and when he digs his blade into the ground, DODGE ROLL!!!! *it works*

 

and dont forget to BLOCK when he throws those disks of doom at u (LOL disks of doom )

 

and ummmmmmm yeah.......thats about it (other than swinging the Keyblade) so yeah...........

ok now im having trouble with that stupid bat thing in the end of the world thing with all of the purty light world....things. i keep getting fried (i think i know part of my problem.....)

Well, he took me about 4 tries. You first need to block and wait until he is done attacking, then attack you may only get 1-2 hits in but he will eventually die. Also if you have Curaga, Now would be a great time to put it on your quick list along with Aero. If im wrong sorry havent played KH1 in over a year trying to brat KH RE:CoM. Hopes this helps.
