Roxas lived in Data Twilight for his last days of summer vacation and then I wondered when Sora finally woke up in Twilight town and he was about to ride the train then Hayner Pence and Ollete felt like saying giid bye to him like they somehow know Sora. Even though Roxas was the one who hanged out with Hayner Pence and Ollete. So my question is is Data Twilight town over lapping the real Twilight town?

And do Hayner Pence and Ollete somehow familiarize Roxas in Sora?

They know Sora due to Ansem putting bits of their hearts in the data copies. Also, Data Twlight Town is not overlapping the real one. It's more like within.

Hayner, Pence and Olette do familiarize Roxas in Sora since they did actually meet Roxas in 358/2 days on his day off.

No. The ones we see in the Data Twilight Town are data versions of the trio. The real ones only spent time with Roxas on his only day off, which unfortunately did not appear nor mentioned in HD 1.5 ReMix.

Nah, no need to be sorry. I was just really curious if that was just a mistake or a reference to a certain IGN video on how they mispronounced Eraqus as 'Eraquees' and pronouncing Xehanort as 'Xenaheart'.

Maybe they were just saying goodbye to the people on the train.  You don't have to know someone to wave at them.
