Hero of Light XIV 2,381 Posted August 29, 2015 Like the title says, does anyone know if the New 3DS XL's C-stick works with KH3D? I'm thinking of getting one at some point, but I'd like to know if it's second analog stick works or not. If it doesn't, then I see no point in getting rid of my regular 3DS model and Circle Pad Pro, but if it does work then I can probably give them to one of my friends. Does anybody know if it works or not? 1 daxvzukss reacted to this
KHVision 85 Posted August 29, 2015 It does. When the game starts, you just have to turn it on like you would the Circle Pad Pro. 1 Bewilde reacted to this
Enix 995 Posted August 29, 2015 ^This. It does work, but it takes the place of the circle pad pro.

Azure Flame 670 Posted August 30, 2015 Yes, it works with any game the circle pad pro worked with. Essentially, it's a smaller version of the circle pad pro.
Hero of Light XIV 2,381 Posted August 30, 2015 i think you should wait just in case Square announces KH3D HD for consoles I knew I wasn't alone! But nonetheless, it would feel nice to have a better system for all my 3DS games, not just KH3D. I just wanted to know how compatible it would be in the even that there might not be a 3D HD. Penny 128 Posted August 30, 2015 I own the New 3ds XL. If you like monster hunter, smash bros, or xenoblade it is really good. I own all those games so I know . It is supposed to also have special features for those Legend of Zelda games that were enhanced..but I have neither of those. Another plus is being able to use amiibos without paying for an amiibo adapter to your ds. Unfortunately most of the older 3ds games just look better and then don't use the C stick for anything, but that isn't so bad considering the graphics on the system are pretty good. I also owned a ds for many years and was disappointed when my games looked worse on the 3ds xl than they did on the ds lite, but the New 3ds XL actually has done some work into making the original DS games look better. I know this wasn't your question but I just thought I'd tell you what I know
