Seeing mickey and the crew in unchained just goes to show that they were "alive" during the keyblades war which took place probably a good 100 + years before BBS, and in the Disney world's do the people just not age? And do the stories of each world reset after a given amount of time?

The Disney characters that appear in this game are not real. They are just illusions that were conjured up by the Book of Prophecies. So Donald and Goofy were not really there.

Actually, they are from the Book of Prophecies. They are what has yet to exist in KHX. The time flow remains as is.

Time moves differently in the RoD but it's also been confirmed by Nomura himself that time does indeed move differently in different words just to clarify. Matter of fact Riku and Joshua also discuss this in DDD ...This shouldn't be applied to Chi tho since it's a different situation he's asking about that.
