== Age 700, TokiToki City =

 

A bright light descended from the sky and touched down on the ground. From the light, three beings emerged: a trio of young Saiyan warriors from a distant future, though not as distant as the one they were in now.

 

The three were in awe and in confusion at what they saw: a wondrously structured city made up of green plains, white buildings, technologically advanced hubs and transporters, and all painted with a sleek color of mysticism.  

 

Caba / Zikuni

 

"W-wow... where are we?" one of the Saiyans named Caba asked.

 

"The better questions are how and why. We literally just got poofed out of nowhere in the middle of our training session!" said the female Saiyan, Zikuni.

While Trunks put the scroll away in its intended place in the Time Nest, the trio were excused from active duty for the time being.

 

== Toki Toki City, Plaza of Time ==

 

The three were once again surrounded by the vast futuristic structures that made up Toki Toki City, including its lush fields of green, the altar where Trunks used the Dragon Balls, a river made from clear, fresh water running under a small bridge, the small robot helpers built by Trunks hustling and bustling on their way, and of course, the other fighters that Trunks chose to be Time Patrollers.

 

"Man... I don't even recognize anybody from where we live. Do you think some of our friends got in?" Caba asked Zikuni.

 

"Eh, maybe. They'd have to be pretty strong to do somethin' like this," she answered. "But anyways, we should check this place out. See what else we can do here. We might be able to get some good training in, like Master Trunks was mentionin'."

 

"Good idea, Zikuni. Let's--"

 

"Heeeeeeey, you guys!" said a voice, interrupting Caba. The voiced belonged to the short, bald man running up and waving to the three.

 

"I heard you guys just got outta the Time Nest. Glad to meet ya, the name's Ziko!" the man said, grabbing each of their hands and furiously giving them handshakes one at a time.

 

"Uh, nice to meet you. I'm Caba."

 

"Yeah, and I'm Zukini."

 

"Hmmm, all Saiyans, huh?" Ziko said, scanning the three's appearance.

 

"Um, yes, we are... do you need something, sir?" Caba asked politely.

 

"Hey, watch where you're lookin'!" Zikuni yelled, blushing due to catching Ziko's eyes go near her chest and lower body.

 

"Whoa whoa, hold on there, I don't mean any harm," Ziko said, amused by Zikuni's outburst even as he backed away and held up his hands. "In fact, I have a proposition for you..."

Aspar was a little suspicious of this Ziko man, especially after the way he'd studied Zikuni a little too closely. He had hoped that if they would run into anyone else, it would be some of their friends from home like Caba had mentioned. This guy didn't seem particularly friendly...

 

"What's this proposition you've got? If it's anything that has to do with the way you were just eyeing Zikuni, you're going to have to deal with me." Aspar walked up to Ziko, his height making a more imposing look than it would have if he was talking to someone who wasn't so short. He couldn't stand to see anyone treat his friends the way this odd man was treating Zikuni.

"Uh, actually," Zikuni cut in, not wanting Aspar to stand up for her when she felt she could do it perfectly by herself. "You'll have to deal with me," she finished, cracking her knuckles together.

 

"Well, I certainly wouldn't want to mess with you considering you're one of the strongest fighters here," Ziko said smoothly.

 

"W-w-wait, what? I am?"

 

"That's right. In fact, all of you are. You have to be if you helped Master Trunks in the Time Nest. Only the best of the best deserve to go in there."

 

"Really? Wow, I feel so honored now," Caba said. "So wait, what about the other Time Patrollers?" Caba said.

 

"Oh I'll tell you, but come, follow me to the Time Machine Station. I'll let you in on my proposition as well," Ziko said, prompting Caba and Zikuni to walk with him out of curiosity to said station...

I guess this is Zikuni's problem and not mine... Still, a little bit of appreciation for trying to help her out would've been nice. Aspar thought to himself, deciding it would be best if he didn't try to argue back. Ziko's suggestion of a proposition was able to distract him from that though. "Huh... we're some of the best? Well, I suppose that's not a surprise. After all, you are speaking with the great Aspar." Aspar boasted, almost forgetting about what Ziko had done earlier. "I guess I'll go along with you, but I'm keeping an eye on you, mister." He warned, then followed the other three to the Time Machine Station. He had no clue what was about to come, but he figured it must be something cool if it related to their skill. As long as it wasn't a trick that the dirty old man had come up with, he would probably be fine with it.

"Believe me sonny, I'm not someone to worry about," Ziko replied to Aspar.

 

= Time Machine Station =

 

The trio and Ziko reached their destination, now in a plaza next to a loading bay where the eponymous Time Machines were located.

 

"Now, about my proposition," Ziko said, turning on the heel and stopping the three. "You see, a friend of mine has formed a guild within the Time Patrol, and she was hoping that you would join it."

 

"A guild, huh? Well, what's in it for us?" Zikuni asked.

 

"Well, I think I'll let the lady herself should explain". Ziko then held up two fingers, seemingly giving a signal to something...

 

"AAAAAAAAAALLRIGHT!" a feminine voice shouted, coming from the top of the nearby registration building. At the top, the trio could see a small, yellow skinned female majin in brown and black armor and wearing a green scouter, standing proudly with her hands on her hips.

 

"PREEEEEEE-SEEN-TIIIIIIIIING--!" She continued, pulling off an arrangement of quick poses as she spoke.

 

"THE POWERFUUUUL! THE PLEASUUUUURABLE! THE UUUUUN-PREEEE-DICTABLLLLLLLE ... CAPTAAAAAIN TAAAAINOOOOO!!" The girl finished, pulling off even more poses and ending with a final pose that had her spinning around like a ballerina and ending with her holding her palms out in front of her and standing on her tip-toes while forming a diamond shape with the space between her legs.

 

"... Uhhhh..." was all Caba and Zikuni could say in response.
