I honestly love all of them.

Anything that isn't somebody's stomach. Seriously, I'm tired of seeing this in almost every video game, it just grosses and freaks the hell out of me.

 

With the strange exception of Monstro though, for some reason that doesn't freak me out as much, probably because of how cartoony it looks. Cartoons are trying to be WAAAAYY too realistic with this kind of thing nowadays though, freaking Spongebob...
