Hitman: Absolution is not planned for release on PS4 and Xbox One

I asked IO Interactive about the possibility of a release of Hitman: Absolution on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Unfortunately, they told me there are no plans to do so but they confirmed it is possible they will make it playable on Xbox One via backwards compatibility in the future and on other PlayStation platforms including PlayStation 4 via PlayStation Now.
