Like from Sonic Adventure and Generations. I don't know why exactly, but ever since I played those games years ago I've had this strange obsession with the level. It's my favorite one out of the series and for the longest time I have had this strange desire to just travel to Japan or anywhere with a big city where the roads stay elevated for miles and constantly stay at least 6 stories high next to and between buildings. Can't we just build all cities like this? I mean, it might be a bit impractical in some cases, sure, but isn't this what we expect the future to look like? Huge tall cities with elevated highways and freeways everywhere? Sure it might not be structurally sound, but it would be SOOOOOOO COOOOOOOOL! T3T

 

I think I'm just obsessed with Sonic city levels in general. I'd probably make a terrible architect because I would be trying to rebuild an entire city just so I could have an elevated highway with a huge loop-de-loop on it and a skyscraper purely for running down on the side. Many lives would be lost, but much fun would be had by all, I'm sure. And come ooonnnnn, 85 miles an hour sounds like a perfectly safe speed for elevated streets over 10 stories high with sharp turns and low barriers, right? I see no problem with this.

 

I think all I really need is just a new Sonic game with a city stage. That'll probably incubate me for a few months. I needz teh speedz keedz... O3O"

Oh I love speed highway! I think it would be amazing to drive on it in real life! The city levels are definitely the best in the whole series, city escape is pretty good too but not nearly as surreal and exciting as speed highway. Radical highway is pretty cool too, (but it's basically the same thing as speed highway
