There was this one scene where Xigbar calls Xion "poppet", & I'm thinking it could be a pun on "puppet", which is how Saix later puts her down later in the game. I wonder if he knew about this replica situation of hers, or he was just trying to sound like Pintel from Pirates of the Caribbean, a movie used for Port Royal which is a world in KH2, a KH episode that takes place after "Days". Maybe the two are connected...NAH!
