Where and how do you do this? I can't seem to find a real program or a website that helps! (I can't draw either)

I have no idea, but normaly people draw them. I've never heard of a program for it.

If you can't draw, nor have anybody that can, you're gonna struggle a bit. Online Programming your Comics and Manga is just lazy work, and cheating. I tried drawing my first comic, along with making my own dialogue. Try to either first Draw the comic/manga's pictures for practice, then write your narrative. For the final product, combine both with the different text bubbles, boxes, and spike boxes (Yelling). Also, be sure you put sound effect words in there as well, like pow, da-dun, sheenk, or crackle.

If you aren't up to drawing something yourself just search up 'Comic Maker' (or something like that) on google. It's that simple. There's tons of sites that allow you to do this as far as I know. 'Bitstrips' is one I found quickly though I'm not too fond of it's style.

I guess in a way it's cheating but if you really have no confidence in your abilities or maybe for example... it needs to be digitally created and look professional then you might need a website/program to help. I would in no way call it 'lazy work' ('cause it sounds a little rude if somebody struggles with art in the first place...) since they still have to produce the comic and they have put their own effort into it. I've briefly used sites like these before just for small projects and sometimes I find them harder then hand drawing. 

 

But maybe that's because I have no patience with them and prefer traditional...

You're right. I am sorry. I meant no offense to those people. I didn't mean to be rude. (I guess it's only because I haven't been able to use a computer for making comics...) And true, I shouldn't be calling them lazy, since it does still take a lot of time to make it in the right way. Rock on!

Oh I didn't mean to be rude!  I knew you weren't in your original post either. I could tell you were being really sincere and giving good advice! I just think some people can really bring stories to life with whatever medium. If you put in enough effort it really shows.

I've seen some of your drawings for example and I think they are really good! You can tell how much you love what you are doing. 

You typically draw them in real life man. I guess some people just manually make their own on illustration programs like Adobe Illustrator or anything similar to that. It's probably important that you understand the fundamentals before you make anything though. I'm attending an art school though, so that's just my view of things.

Hmm, thanks for the contributions everyone. I'll give it a shot in my spare time, i already have the story but i don't have any clue for designs.

The usual way is to draw it physically and scan it and upload it. As you can guess it takes a lot of effort and practice. However there are a few drawing programs and software for computers but those require for you to be able to use them with a drawing tablet, and even then it can be difficult.

 

However there's one software called Manga Studio that has templates of pages, bubbles, and other stuff that are basic stuff, and saves you some hassle. But it's kind of expensive. However there is a free trial that you can try and check it out for yourself.

I believe Manga Studio is good. Haven't used it though, so I can't judge.
