T he Last Of Us takes post apocalyptic zombies and turns it into something fresh with the introduction of Cordyceps, a real life fungus that takes over insects and animals. The presentation is believable and the characters are seriously amazing. From Sarah, Joel's daughter ("Drugs. I sell hardcover drugs.") To the antagonists like David...they are different believable, and grounded. None come off to me as "comic book" and...most of all, the bond between Joel and Ellie grows at a much needed pace.

That final mission, that final run.

I haven't played the remastered version, but I played Left Behind and it did not disappoint.

Anyone still on the fence about this game should get it. It's one reason why games are art.

No surprise David was crazy good, Nolan North after all.
