    Chanclas is the Spanish word for Sandels, i think.

    I believe so. When I was little, my grandma always called my sandals chanclas.

    That is right, by the way, I always wear chanclas! (Technically, chanclas is flip-flops, and sandalias is sandels, but here everyone says chanclas xD)

    I wear flip-flops actually, like...Almost all the time.

    Even in winter, I wear flips flops with my socks.

    It's a lot more comfortable because your feet don't get all sweaty, like they do with flippers. ;)
