I have a full story planned out called "The Incarnation of Cruentus Demonia" but I have no idea on how to execute it. I have the entire series planned from beginning to end but with recent discoveries I have gotten into a bit of a stump on how to make it.

Here are the ideas I have

WEB COMIC
PROS: Shows full emotion, I have full control, no need to rely on other people's help, no need for voice acting, It's what I first saw it as
CONS: Web Comics aren't as popular as they were before hand, no site to post the comic in besides DeviantArt or Tumblr, My digital art is not the best (but neither was One Punch Man's web comic and that was made into an anime)

INDIE GAME
PROS: More possiblities or an audience sense Indie Games are more popular nowadays, Already have an idea for a gameplay style, I already do Pixel art
CONS: I little know almost NOTHING about game development, while I'm good at making solid sprites I'm subpar when it comes to animating them, if there's a glitch I might have no idea on how to fix it, Time

ANIMATIC/ANIMATED SERIES
PROS: It would show everyone what the characters are mean to be like with color, voice and movement, YouTube could help sense I already have 15,000 Subscribers
CONS: I have little experience in Animation, I have a bad experience with other Voice Actors with them not sending their lines, leaving the project after one episode or just not replying any more, Time.

NOTE: I have little to no experience in game development & animation but drawing & art is something I've been doing for years. However; I'm willing to expand.

Which would you think would be easiest?

i'm sort of in a similar situation except i decided to write and comic and make an animation based off the story i have. i'm focusing more effort into the comic because the programs i'm using to animate are simply not intended for serious animation projects. the animation thing is more of a personal experiment to work on while i finish the comic.

making a game would definitely be tricky and more so if you don't have any experience with programming.

i'd say for starting out you should go with a comic. that's what i did and when i began the animation i used the comic like a storyboard to help draw the frames and whatnot. plus a comic can help you to visualize the story more and maybe you'll notice things you want to change. maybe you could look into finding a decent animation program and experimenting with it while you write out the comic as well? just my advice.

I would probably suggest going with a comic as well. It's something that you could do on your own without relying on others or trying to master animation. While they may not be as popular it would probably be the best starting point.
