Hi Everyone!

Really sorry everyone! I wrote a really long post on here giving my own speculation and thoughts on here about how and why Sora will be travelling through the worlds again in Kingdom Hearts III. Unfortunately I lost all of the post when I tried to insert a picture after completing it so I'm just going to quickly summarise. I tried to write it again but I can't remember exactly how I wrote it but I'd still like to give people my quick idea.

Basically I believe Sora will still travel by Gummi Ship in Kingdom Hearts III but in order to get to the worlds he will be using a Book of Prophecies either with King Mickey's that Maleficent suggests he has, or with Master Yen Sid's that's on his desk. When read in Kingdom Hearts II it spoke of the past, present and future. In order for Sora to protect the seven pure lights and find the 'Key to Return Hearts' he would need to travel to different era's in time. EXAMPLES:

Past: Daybreak Town (D23 Japan: Making of KH3 video), Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White. (If confirmed)

Present: Agrabah, Twilight Town, Radiant Garden, Toy Story (if confirmed)

Future: Alice in Wonderland/Underland (if confirmed), Big Hero 6 (set in future & after events of film), Treasure Planet (futuristic setting; gliders; robots; alien creatures), Hercules(events in world are at end of film, hence future), Tangled (Contemporary film) etc.

I thought of this because of the opening cinematic in Dream Drop Distance Sora lands on a book (Book of Prophecies?) which then tells the events of the franchise from the beginning (past) to the future of the series at the Keyblade Graveyard. Sora and the guardians of light then jump out of one of the books which Mickey is in possession of, before facing Master Xehanort.

In my previous one I wrote, I gave a lot of reasoning and evidence for my idea but I hope some of you like this brief explanation.

Thanks!

I'd rather not go to Underland as Disney's Oz movie would be the preferable option for a live-action fantasy land.

i thought the book of prophecies that Maleficent thinks Mickey has was really just the journal from Re:Coded and she was just mistaken.

i would rather they not involve time travel more than they have already.

also i figured the book on Yen Sids desk was just there to give a little reference to the previous games and give off a "trilogy vibe." it speaks of the events of KH, CoM and KH2 as all part of one long journey that ends at KH2.

then as for the storybook in the DDD intro, idk about its possible meaning. i always thought Nomura just wanted to go with a storybook theme since everything in the series so far was being brought together in DDD. the various stories of the characters converging together at this one point. idk.

That's interesting. However, as for the opening scene of KH3D, I don't know if that has much bearing on the rest of the series. As for the Book of Prophecies, that has a connection to the journal. What that is, we'll see in KH3. I don't think Sora will use it to travel because of the fact of it's connected to the journal. The thing is also, we have no clue where it is.
