Gravity Falls Creators are at Sega HQ

Posted

OMG guys! I know hype is a tricky thing to work with and I shouldn't jump to any conclusions, but two of Gravity Falls' creators, Alex Hirsch and Matt Braly have tweeted pictures of them at the Sega HQ building! They're both in their own pics with a tall Classic Sonic statue, and while they haven't particularly said anything, the fan in me can't help but speculate awesome things. A dream come true would be if they replaced Warren Graff and Ken Pontac as the head writers for the Sonic games, cause those two so far have been making the series, at best uninteresting, and at worst confused with what it wants to be (funny, dramatic, etc.?). To at least have Hirsch and Braly working on the 25th anniversary title would be a dream come true, but at this point it's too soon to say what they're doing there. But I will say that I am cautiously optimistic that something awesome will come out of this, so fingers crossed that Sega realizes the kind of opportunity that they have in front of them right now and they freaking ACT ON IT!

Sorry, occasionally, I am known to hype. ^_^""
