Create a Party after changing Unions?

Quick question, i know i can't join a party when I change a Union but can I still create one?

    Why can't you join a party when you change the union? I just never heard of it, that's why I'm asking.

    What I'm curious about is if I can start a party with people from Ursus and Vulpus.(I'm unicornis)

    I think you can't switch unions if you're still in a party, but you can switch after you leave the party. I'm not sure if you aren't allowed to join any parties if you switch tho.

    Nope, only from your own union :/
