April 18, 20169 yr Only one way to find out..In all seriousness, no. I think it goes bad after 2(?) years.
April 18, 20169 yr Author We have used that Aloe for years and years. I guess we never figured out how actually old it was lol
April 18, 20169 yr 2009....so like seven years ago? that's pretty old, it looks surprisingly intact considering. I wonder what kind of preservatives they use in that stuff. I didn't know they bottled aloe, we just grow it in a flower pot and cut the leaves(whatever you call those fleshy things) as needed. Edited April 18, 20169 yr by Kanohi Keyblade
April 18, 20169 yr Um, how exactly does topical stuff affect people after an expiration date? Does it make you break out in hives or something? I've never quite seen an expiration date on something like aloe before.
April 18, 20169 yr I would sniff it and see if it smells rotted. I actually don't think that aloe goes bad very fast at all (and since you're putting it on your skin and not your mouth that's another thing on your side). However, it is always better to be safe than sorry, so I don't really want to tell you that it's safe to use, y'know?
And I found the Aloe....
Y'all think it's still good?
