Do you think the next installment is called Kingdom Hearts 2.8 because there will be another collection before KH3 called 2.9? My guess is KH2.9 will be the final collection, containing all games for PS4 and probably X1, before we get KH3. What's everyones thoughts?
May 3, 20169 yr Didn't he say the same about DDD?The message was "This leads to Kingdom Hearts 3". That was the last chronological chapter before KH3. I don't recall him saying that it's the last non KH3 title. If I am wrong, then please give me the quote and interview link so I am corrected.
May 5, 20169 yr I'm pretty sure 2.9 was the development name before they released the actual name. There is no 2.9 though, Nomura has stated 2.8 is the FINAL game to release before III, so whatever else happens, would have to happen after III.
