The Zootopia event is good but I'm so confused on the Pacific time and have been missing out on it it's 12:41 where I'm located at now how would I know when it's the Pacific time 7-9 PM

I always use this http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/ if I don't know the time difference off the top of my head.

It's 10:57 now, PDT, so 2 hours behind you. Therefore it should be 9-11pm for you

There's an option on your mobile device to display pacific times. You should be able to dictate the difference from there.
