This happens randomly, strangely I can still move the Up Next playlist and control the music playing (this is on my phone btw)

Sometimes iTunes will do this stupid thing and skip over one of my songs about 5 seconds into it, there's no rhyme or reason to it. Also when I went to check my playlists, they were all decimated to about 10 songs each, when I had more than 50 in each one! Most of these were transfers from my original phone, but it just forgot about them one day and I had to rebuild them from scratch! I mean, all the songs I had are still there, but I still had to rebuild something that was completely fine the previous day! xP

Sounds quite glitchy.

Have you tried doing a hard reset?

Press and hold the power and home button at the same time, until you see the Apple Logo

If that doesn't work, try to do a backup and restore (Try to do the backup with iCloud)

If backup and restore doesn't work, you might need to go to an Apple Retail Store

Trust me, I know what I'm talking about xD
