May 25th is Goofy's birthday and to celebrate Square Enix are holding an event for the NA version of Unchained X involving Avatar boards of Goofy. For 2000 jewels you can buy an Avatar board and dress up like Goofy.

 

The medals you can obtain from his Avatar Board include:

 

- Cid x5

- Chip and Dale 6*

- Chip and Dale 5*

- Scrooge McDuck 5* (Defense boost II)

 

The Avatar boards aren't amazing imo but Defense Boost II is a valuable skill which may be worth purchasing the board for. The other paid Avatar boards have keyblade cost upgrades which are better investments, but of course this event is limited so you may lose the chance to get this Goofy outfit.

 

You can buy these Avatar boards until June 5th, after which you will no longer be able to purchase them.

Seriously!? I mean, I'm excited for Goofy and would love to jump at the chance to get these, but with there already being THREE NEW DEALS that cost who knows how much each!? Unless they're going to make the Jewel missions more common or bump the maximum amount earned from 200 to 300 per day, there's no way I can make that much. I'm saving for a convention and I can NOT spend on more of those 3000 Jewel purchases, they're bleeding me dry. At least make the offers last an additional week or something.

I got the female Gooby avatar for everything but the costume. Yes, even for the title.
