Mine says o turn the WLAN switch on. What exactly is that lol...?

It's on the top of the PSP

:B

It's labeled and everything

To play in the Mirage Arena Online, you need Ad-Hoc. You need a PS3 to get Ad-Hoc. if you already have Ad-Hoc then you just need to connect to the internet. hope this helps.

According to Square-Enix its local only

First, flip the WLAN switch on the top of the PSP on. And then, get to a wi-fi hot spot.

Last thing to do is find a random person or friend in the same room at the same time with a PSP and BBS.

Actually, Ad-Hoc can be played offline as it was originally intended. You don't need a PS3 to do that, the PS3 is simply used to use Ad-Hoc party and host the PS3 as a server, thus allowing you to play with people all over the world on Ad-Hoc. A wired internet connection however is required.

Thanks for the help.

Im sorry its quite misleading when SE say its going online and while its not necessary incorrect to describe it that way its misleading non-the-less.
