I am wondering what level I should be for the Final Episode. I have all the Reports minus two more of Aqua's and am going to fight Vanitas in Never Land as Aqua.

Seriously though, 30 or so should be fine. Do be careful not to use anything that might get you into Ghost Drive (Thunder, Mine or Strike Raid), because that style kills Cartwheel's invincibility frames. So maybe stock up on some Fire Surges.

Thanks. I'm level 29 right now and I plan to be 40 for Aqua's final boss. Also, Proud really isn't that tough. Well, except for those bunny enemies (forgot their names).EDIT: I'm actually level 30 right now. Can't wait to fight Terra-nort.

Get some Mine Shields, Mine Squares, Seeker Mines, Thunder Surges, with a powerful shotlock (Ultimate Shotlock, Ragnorak , Bio Barrage) and you'll be good then. 

 

Also you may want the Rhythm Mixer Command Style if this is Final Mix.

 

In addition, abilties & command decks are kind of more important in this game than levels.
