Yesterday evening I was on Unchained X on my tablet leveling up my medals a little and when I went to go to quests the screen went black like it usually does when switching between things, only this time a pop-up saying something about an error appeared on the screen and when I pushed 'ok' it kept popping up and now when I go to get on Unchained X it's just a black screen with the spinning heart in the corner and it's been like this since last night. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

It might be loading up slow. I kinda have those moments. And there are times I would wait patiently. 

 

Try closing out the app and getting back on. Like close the app and then open the app.

That means just getting off the app and going to my tablet's homepage and then pushing the icon for Unchained X to bring it back up, right? If that's what you mean I've been doing that for a while and it still hasn't changed.

What does the error say? Does it say something about checking your internet connection?

What kind of tablet do you have? Some like the iPad and Samsung tablets let you close tabs (apps opened in the background) out.

I have an Huawei tablet. It's like an Android tablet but from Consumer Cellular.

Ooh, I would get that sometimes, and it would be that my internet connection was a bit screwy, but that'd be because I'd be a little far from my internet modem, but yeah, it seems you've already solved your problem! I'm glad to hear it!

In case the issue happens again, you know how to properly end programs, right? I forget how it works on Android tablets, but you either double tap the home button or hold it down. You'll see a list of open programs and you simply swipe them out, which closes them.
