There are some decent voices, but some of the lines just sound... off. It's really hard to describe. A lot of the acting is fine, some of it just isn't conveyed very well. I've watched the dub myself and I just like it. I will never watch a subbed version of an anime unless it's the only option. Xiro 3,468 Posted July 8, 2016 Maybe it's bad to compare both seasons in Japanese against one scene in English that I watched just now, but imo JP sounds better. Keiichi, Mion and Satoko sound fine, but Rena sounded a bit weird, and Rika even more so.
