Hi guys! I have not at all kept up with the story of KHX, but I've come to understand that shit's getting real. However I have recently begun playing KHUX and I'm wondering for those people who have both played KHUX and kept themselves up to date with KHX, are there any big differences storywise? All though I have not been paying attention to the browser game I've picked up a few things here and there about the story from time to time, and I have so far not seen anything of that in IOS game. I am currently at mission 224 and the story is somehow progressing slower than the Dragonballs storylines. When can I expect anything big to happen, and are there any major differences between the games is what I'm wondering.

Not now, but soon, as Nomura has said, KHUX will diverge from KHX in the future.

At this point, it's not yet clear where the differences in story are. The only differences that are clear so far are just the gameplay differences, but there is probably one potentially story-related difference we currently have. The Corridors of Darkness challenges so far seem to be only in X, and there is some slight story in there, in that each Foreteller is trying to strengthen each wielder for the great Darkness to come by having them fight Heartless in the Realm of Darkness with only a bangle of Light to protect them, in order to strengthen their resistance to Darkness. The only cutscenes that come out of this are Chirithy instructing you of your task and giving you the item, and then later on a scene where Chirithy is talking with your Union Foreteller about whether it's a good idea or not. Now based on when they started doing these extra challenges (roughly around the time just before you learn of Ava's plan), Japan's Unchained X should have gotten them by now, but supposedly it hasn't happened yet. But who knows, we get events at different points all the time. Remember the Gummi mission with Donald, Goofy, and everyone else? That was originally the 1 year anniversary celebration of X. Well we clearly haven't been around for a whole year yet, so they just factored that in to the story, no harm no foul. So maybe at some point if certain parts of the game haven't occurred yet, we might get them eventually. It all really depends on what they plan to do with Unchained going further. X is going to be ending service soon enough, and with how Nomura has described Unchained as being a sort of "season 2" to X, that would suggest that perhaps they have a lot more planned in store for the future of Unchained beyond getting it caught up with the X experience.
