I had to reinstall windows 7 and I didn't back up anything so I have nothing, but before I start putting things back on as they were before, I was thinking I could download windows 10 while it's still free. But I don't know if the problems that it had are still around when it first launched or if there are new ones that are almost system breaking.

I don't really know the problems of Windows 10. I'm still new with Windows 10 on this new laptop I'm using.

Well I'm already upgrading now.

There never were problems as far as I'm concerned.

Well when it was still somewhat new, there were some problems and one of them was the fact that the start button would go missing.

I see that you upgraded to Windows 10 already, so I'm glad that went well for you. : ) There were indeed some people downloading Windows 10 that had some issues with their computer crashing and having to take them to professionals to get them fixed up. As far as I can tell this problem is still occurring sometimes (I work in a place where computers are brought in for repair), but it is few and far between.

I glad that didn't happen to me, but so far I like it.
