When I first saw the trailer, though, I didn't realize for a second that it was a mix of all the classic Sonic games and had new gameplay elements and places to it. I thought it was just going to be a simple updated version of the old Sonic games, so I was confused for a moment, but still happy afterwards. I just hope this is a good sign for Sonic's future, because I want nothing more than to enjoy Sonic games, but lately that hasn't happened.
