Secondly, two new Re:coded trailers have surfaced online, thanks to IGN. They can be seen below.
Firstly the Square Enix members portal have updated with a new wallpaper, a Birth by Sleep calender featuring Aqua, Terra and Ven. This can be viewed here. And will be able to be downloaded from our gallery shortly.
Nintendo World 2011 takes place in Japan next week, and Nintendo has today announced what 3DS games they'll have on display. Included in this list is Kingdom Hearts 3D. Unfortunately however, the display of 3D will be video only, and will not feature a playable demo.
Last but certainly not least the Square Enix have released the Official site of the Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep & 358/2 Days Original Soundtrack. On the site you will be able too see a preview track list and listen to samples from the OST, including songs such as;

Also the soundtrack has been added to Amazon.com for the cool price of 3800 yen (or about $45 US dollars). The OST is scheduled to be released in Japan on February 2nd, 2011

According to Nintendo Everything, issue 262 of Nintendo Power has included an article on Kingdom Hearts 3D. An extract of this article can be read below.
Kingdom Hearts III and Kingdom Hearts 3D are not the same. However, it is a brand-new adventure starring Sora and Riku. The story is on par with that of a numbered title, and I’m sure the ending will shock fans.
Square Enix have announced that a launch event will be held for Re:coded. The launch event will be held at Nintendo World in Rockefeller Center, New York, and will coincide with the January 11, 2011 release date of Re:coded.
Square Enix have updated their official website for Birth by Sleep Final Mix. This update includes a new trailer for the game; specifically, the Jump Festa 2011 trailer. With Simple and Clean as the background music, it includes footage of new content in the game. This trailer can be seen below, or downloaded from our video archive.
Square Enix have opened their official European website for Re:coded. The website contains story, world and character synopsis, as well as the Tokyo Game Show 2010 trailer, and a new wallpaper which can be seen in our gallery, below.

Square Enix have announced that their 1st Production Department Premiere event will be streamed online, and seen by a selection of 300 SQEX members, and 10,000 Nico Nico Douga members. This possibly means that a stream of the event will be available online shortly after its occurrence, on January 18, 2011.
Tetsuya Nomura has announced that originally, Laguna from Final Fantasy VIII was originally intended to be in Birth by Sleep. According to andrisang.com, Laguna was supposed to be the head of Mirage Arena, but Square Enix instead decided to use him in Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy.
As we reported earlier, both Kingdom Hearts 3D and Birth by Sleep Final Mix will be featured in an event known as the Square Enix 1st Production Department Premiere. Tetsuya Nomura has confirmed their inclusion in this event in an interview with Dengeki PlayStation magazine, which can be read below thanks to HEARTSTATION.ORG.
The reason the date was moved from January 11th to the 18th was due to timing of magazine publications. The conference is intended for the fans, not for the mass media. There won’t be demos, the focus will be on the trailers. The 150 attendees will be split into two floors of the Roppongi Hlls building. Developers from each title will be there, from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix and Kingdom Hearts 3D too.
Jump Festa 2011 is an event in Japan held by Square Enix. At this event, both Birth by Sleep Final Mix and Re:coded are set to feature. The event has started, and therefore, our coverage of it begins now. Below, in our gallery, a collection of photos from the event can be seen. This will be updated periodically.
