Day 1: Square Enix Members interview with Tetsuya Nomura
Today at 2PM PST, Square Enix Members held an exclusive interview on Kingdom Hearts III and Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX with Testuya Nomura on their livestream from the E3 show floor, which you can watch below! Enjoy! We have also written a full transcript of the interview, and you can read this transcript here.

Day 1: Photos
Arturo Molina from KH13 has uploaded photos concerning the Kingdom Hearts series from E3 2013. They show the HD 1.5 ReMIX demo including it's controls. You can view them below, in our gallery.

Day 2: Another livestream
Today at 11AM PST, Square Enix Presents held a special presentation on HD 1.5 ReMIX-- "FOCUS ON: Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX". You can see this presentation embedded below.
Here, it was revealed that the HD 1.5 ReMIX pre-order bonus artbook will contain a special message for fans of the series, from series director Tetsuya Nomura. A new clip showing off the artwork was shown. Also, Square Enix is happy that the official Facebook page for Kingdom Hearts has finally reached 2 million likes, and will celebrate by giving out signed lithographs by Nomura with the HD 1.5 ReMIX artwork. Stay tuned for details about this.

HD 1.5 ReMIX, international website updated

The official international website for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX has been updated. The website has been redesigned and information, images, videos and wallpapers have been added.

The "About" section provides information on the HD Collection, while the "Contents" section provides a story summary, character, world descriptions and new features descriptions for all 3 titles in the collection. "Media" contains the two trailers released so far from PAX East 2013 and E3 2013. "Downloads" contains two wallpapers which you can view below, in our gallery in all available resolutions.

Square Enix press release reveals Kingdom Hearts III story details

Square Enix have sent out a press release regarding Kingdom Hearts III, the recently announced Kingdom Hearts title for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This press release links to the 1080p upload of the announcement trailer, provides a clean copy of the game logo (seen below), and reveals some aspects of Kingdom Hearts III's story. SQUARE ENIX, Inc., the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced Kingdom Hearts III, the next chapter in the celebrated Kingdom Hearts franchise that marked its ten-year anniversary in March 2012. Kingdom Hearts III features a mature Sora as the main protagonist who sets forth on an adventure with Mickey, Donald and Goofy through new and legendary Disney worlds. Kingdom Hearts III will make full use of next generation console technologies to showcase a stunning universe packed full of worlds based on Disney properties.
Story of Kingdom Hearts III
Believing light and darkness must remain in balance, Master Xehanort seeks to spark war against the ‘tyranny of light’ to restore equilibrium.
In an effort to undermine Xehanort’s plot, Sora, Donald and Goofy search for seven guardians of light and the “Key to Return Hearts,” while King Mickey and Riku search for previous Keyblade wielders.
Kingdom Hearts III will be available for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One®, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft. Official Kingdom Hearts III website launched, trailer uploaded in 1080p

Square Enix Japan have launched their official website for Kingdom Hearts III, the upcoming Kingdom Hearts title for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This website includes the announcement trailer in 1080p, for the first time, and this can be seen below.

Kingdom Hearts III to be released on PS4 *and* Xbox One

Earlier today, Square Enix held a private press conference at E3 2013 known as "Square Enix: The Future". Following the official announcement of Kingdom Hearts III yesterday, here, various small details about Kingdom Hearts III were revealed. Most importantly, it was revealed that Kingdom Hearts III will be released on both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. For the first time, Kingdom Hearts is going multi-platform with KH3!

Kingdom Hearts III information revealed at Square Enix: The Future

Square Enix is currently holding a private conference at E3 2013 known as "Square Enix: The Future". With the official announcement of Kingdom Hearts III yesterday, it is likely that Square Enix will reveal new information about the game at this conference. We will update this article regularly with any KH3-related information, photos or videos that appear.

Live Update 3: Shinji Hashimoto, producer of the Kingdom Hearts series, is now on-stage to discuss Kingdom Hearts III. To begin, the Kingdom Hearts III announcement trailer from yesterday is being shown. Matsuda took the stage again, and said "Kingdom Hearts 3 is a game he's looking forward to as a fan, and he awaits further news with excitement."
Co-president of Disney Interactive, John Pleasants, has joined the stage with Matsuda. He is said to have "provided tremendous support for the KH3 announcement", and remarks that "He's thrilled to have everyone here. Everyone knows what KH is, he says." "Sales of more than 19 million copies. An Important franchise for Disney not just in games but for books, games, toys and consumer products."

Live Update 4: Lastly, Hashimoto announced that Kingdom Hearts III will be released on the Xbox One, as well as the PlayStation 4. All details regarding this are available here.
Live Update 5: Kingdom Hearts III is being developed by the "Osaka team", the team responsible for Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D-- NOT the team who developed Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, and are currently developing Final Fantasy XV (previously Final Fantasy Versus XIII).

Square Enix officially announces Kingdom Hearts III

Today at 6PM PST, Sony held its E3 2013 press conference. Here, Sony showed off the PlayStation 4. Kingdom Hearts III was officially announced. Series director Tetsuya Nomura appeared via a video and showed a short, beta trailer for Kingdom Hearts III which is "now in development" for the PlayStation 4 (Update: and Xbox One). Details about release date are currently unknown.

The trailer starts by showing all of the previous Kingdom Hearts titles to date. Next, Sora is shown on Destiny Islands finding Master Eraqus' Keyblade. The Kingdom Hearts III game logo is shown. Lastly, Sora is shown in Twilight Town fighting a wave/storm of Shadow Heartless. Donald and Goofy are party members.

Update 1: IGN have uploaded a summary video for the Kingdom Hearts III announcement. In this, they reveal that "according to Tetsuya Nomura, the game began development in 2010, after the release of Birth by Sleep". This is interesting news, as it means development was started up to 3 years ago!

E3 2013 trailer for HD 1.5 ReMIX officially released

DisneyVideoGames have released the second English trailer for Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. This is the trailer for the game at E3 2013, an event occurring June 11-13, 2013 at the Los Angeles Convention Centre. The trailer was leaked earlier in the week, but taken offline shortly after. Now, it has been officially released and can be watched below. Enjoy!

E3 2013: Livestream of Sony's press conference

Today at 6PM PST, Sony will hold its E3 2013 press conference. Here, Sony will show off the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. Kingdom Hearts is not confirmed to appear in Sony's conference, however, with Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX appearing at E3 2013, and series director Tetsuya Nomura attending for promotion, there is a chance that we may see the game.
This conference will be livestreamed online, and we will be embedding the livestream below once it starts. Please make use of the comments section to share your speculation, thoughts and feelings about the conference! Enjoy!

Countdown to E3 2013: Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX coverage

E3 2013 is an event occurring June 11-13, 2013 at the Los Angeles Convention Centre. It is confirmed that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX will be appearing at the event, and you can expect a new trailer and playable demo from the event, along with plenty of other Square Enix and gaming news.
Arturo Molina from KH13 will be attending the event on behalf of our website, so we are very excited to be able to bring you exclusive photos and videos from the show floor, starting June 11! We'll update this post with any pre-event coverage, and start a new post when the event begins.
Update 1: To start things off, Wario64 on Twitter has taken a photo of a HD 1.5 ReMIX poster from inside the convention. Gamekyo.com has also uploaded a photo. You can see both of these below, in our gallery.

Update 2: Square Enix have revealed the schedule for their E3 2013 livestreams on their SquareEnixPresents channel. HD 1.5 ReMIX will feature with an exclusive interview with SQEX Members at 2:00pm PST on June 11, and a whole focused segment at 9:45am PST on June 12. We will update with countdowns and embedded livestreams closer to these events.
Update 3: The second episode of Square Enix Japan's mdRadio has confirmed that Tetsuya Nomura, director of the Kingdom Hearts series, will be attending E3 2013 for HD 1.5 ReMIX promotion.
