  11. Oni stood in the same spot that she had been in. Finding herself to be alone, she looked up at the room directly across from her. Finding the will, she approached the room and entered it. It was her mother's room. The bed and television were to the left of her, and a dresser in front of her. Oni approached it and examined everything on it. There were brushes, stacks of bills and pictures, and bags of makeup. She stared intently at a picture that sat in the crease of the mirror. It was a picture of her mother holding the hand of a four-year-old Oni. After the longest moment of thinking of many things, Oni came to a decision. Grabbing the picture, she left the room and headed downstairs. She grabbed a box of matches from the kitchen and went down to the basement. Eying the tank nearby, Oni walked to a large stack of dirty clothes. Emptying the box, she lit all of the matches at once before tossing it onto the pile. As the fire slowly turned into a bonfire, Oni stared at with her illuminated red eyes. Finally, she went upstairs and walked out the front door. Approaching Jinn, she stated hoarsely, "We have about fifteen seconds to leave."

  14. "What are you..." Oni began, but she stopped herself. The blood. The letter from her mother. She was able to put two and together instantly. She stood there, unable to move. She stared out into blank space with wide eyes. Not even her stomachache bothered her. However, when she finally conjured words, she became denying. ".... No. She could be hiding, like you said, right? Right?!"
  15. Oni became confused as to what Jinn was doing or why. She glared at him, demanding, "What was that about?" Realizing that the paper was still in her hand, she crumbled it into a small paper ball and stuffed it into her bag.
  16. Ugh... That's a toughie... >.> ... eBay? :'D /shot I guess Kohl's, because that's where the Abbey Dawn brands are sold. I also like Hot Topic too. Favorite underwear?
  17. When the light came on, Oni squinted her eyes for a second. She looked down at the ground. Sure enough, there was a trail of blood on the floor. The trail led to a wide stack of boxes. Behind the tower of storage, a pool of blood was visible. "Great..." she muttered. "Jinn, can you go check?" Taking a step back, a paper crunched underneath her foot. She looked down at it. The paper looked fairly new, despite the blood stains on it. Picking it up, she spotted words on it. Oni, When you were born, you were the most beautiful thing that I had ever laid eyes on. You were my one precious treasure, I couldn't afford to let anyone hurt you. For sixteen years, (blood at this point made it unreadable) safe. I'm afraid that I have failed though. They know you're (more blood) I don't think I can keep you safe anymore. Please, no matter what, run. Love The writing trailed off, as though the writing was interrupted. However, she didn't need a name to know that it was her mother that had wrote the letter recently.
  18. Upon reaching the top step, Oni could not see a thing but darkness. There was a window on the far back wall, but it was boarded up, so it was hardly fit to live up to its name. "It smells in here too...." she murmured, referring to the smell of blood. To see anything, not that she wanted to, she would have to search for the light bulb hanging from the ceiling. She slowly ventured forward, raising her feet barely two inches off of the ground. She raised her hand, searching for the string that was attached to the light bulb. "You should see well in the dark, right?" she asked. "Find the light."
  19. Clutching her stomach, Oni used the railing as support to stand up. She walked over to where Jinn was at. She threw him a quick glare before looking up at the attic. She couldn't remember the last time that she was in the attic. She was probably seven or eight at the time. Still holding her stomach with one hand, she began to climb up the steps.
  20. The sudden sound had made Oni jump as she snapped out of it. She looked down, realizing that she was about to head down the steps. She couldn't recall it, nor any of the other rooms upstairs that she searched. She looked up at Jinn, not finding any words to say for a moment. Finally, her stomachache got to her. Sitting on the step, she mumbled, "We have to find her..."
  21. Actually, Bieber is being sued for assault at a laser tag match or something. There's no need.Besides, I thought this was about Douchlace? There's no need to attack Bieber either. I agree with you. Attention is just what he's after. There's no need to give him that.
