Um... I think you've confused yourself. Shiro Amano is a mangaka, known to most of us here for the KH manga. Are you referring to Yoshitaka Amano, known for his artwork for the FF series? He's just the artist though, so uh... Though I'm starting to think you're actually referring to Hironobu Sakaguchi, known for creating the FF series. But he left SE years ago and formed a company called Mistwalker.

There's also this bit about how they, that is SE, apparently didn't tell Shimomura about the OST at first. The plans for it were made without her input.

Re:coded's probably undergoing the final stages of localization right now, and that's all done overseas, as in, not in Japan. Development's been going on for like, 1-2 months already. The 3DS is due to be released in Japan in February. It's been completed for a while and is just waiting to be shipped out. Developers don't have to wait like the public in order to get these things.

The Osaka Team is developing 3D, but they couldn't really start until after BBSFM and Re:coded were done, which was probably around October.

Thanks for the link! Edit: Looks like a short Dengeki article surfaced with a message from Shimomura. Basically talking about how everyone wanted to put together a soundtrack for a very long time, even more when they found out how popular Xion's theme and the BBS tracks are ^^

Nomura confirmed that of the SRK trio, Riku is the only one who still remembers Terra and Aqua, at least vaguely. Maybe not Terra's face specifically, but that some really awesome guy came and promised him power and freedom by grasping what he now knows as a Keyblade.

Lol, I've actually just been calling his Keyblade the Enix blade But now that you mention it (kinda irrelevant, but whatever), there was a character in an Enix produced game whose name comprised of those four letters. Iirc, it was some mystical giant bird thing from Star Ocean 2, named Xine.

Well, it's not the age that matters so much in this case as what the situation is. You have a very very very old man in control of a young man's body, both of which happen to be Keyblade Masters/at Master level, compared to the Heartless of the aforementioned young man controlled by that same old man in control of an even younger man's body. When you look at it that way, the answer seems pretty obvious, no?

The main characters of 3D are Sora and Riku. So, by saying that it's not Sora whom we're familiar with this time, it points to the other main character, Riku. It certainly makes more sense than Xion, all things considered. It is. But in this case, it's irrelevant

Terranort. He gave Riku's heart the boot and took over his body. It depends on who you're referring to as "Riku/Ansem". It could be either Riku under Ansem's control (HB battle before Sora stabs himself), Ansem after he kicked Riku's heart out (final boss), or Riku in the form of Ansem (KH2). I just assumed he was referring to #1. But in any case, yeah, Terranort is stronger.
