I'm tired.

You fall on your back, then grab the Angel Blade and scramble up to your feet. “What are you doing here again? I thought I stabbed you!” you say angrily. “Yes, you did, you little brat. And I'm about to get you back for that. But you should know that I can heal quickly—stabbing me will only get me angry!” Krista slashes at your face with the dagger and you dodge the worst of it, but the tip still slices into your cheek and you experience the searing pain once again. You look at Molly, who is still in the archway. “Run, Molly!” you call. Then you slash at Krista's hand that's holding the Devil's Fang in an attempt to get it back for yourself.

Alexis opened her mouth and kissed James deeply, putting her arms around his neck and running her fingers through his hair. Ohhh, this poor, desparate soul, she thought. Makes me sick how pathetic he is. She pulled away and smiled sweetly. “Come to my place?” she asked.

“Understood,” Alexis said. She sighed and caressed James's arm. “You've obviously been going through a lot. You know, this could be your chance to start over. Forget everything that's happened to you in the past and become...a whole new person.” She smiled as she spoke, leaning closer and closer toward him until her lips were half an inch from his.

Wow, now I've heard everything, Alexis thought.She tsked sadly and placed a hand on James's cheek. “Why would any woman want to leave someone like you? She must've been crazy,” she said tenderly, though she could guess why—this guy was acting like a pubescent boy, the way he was checking her out and getting so close so quickly. This was going to be easy.

“Two Inhabiters?” Alexis said in genuine awe. So it was true. And the darkness in his heart must have been coming from Sephiroth, not Riku. She leaned her head against James's shoulder. “So what do you mean about Sephiroth 'coming back?'”

Hmm...more bold than I thought. Alexis decided to tone the innocence down just a little, but not so much that he would see a complete personality change and get suspicious. Now was a good time for the transition anyway, since they were on the subject of Inhabiters. “Aw, you caught us!” she said playfully. “I guess that means you're Inhabited as well. So, who is your Inhabiter?”

(Oh, I guess I was confused about her comment of “leaving them alone.” Eh, okay...I'll have Mariah respond, but it won't be much of a response. ) Mariah could only purse her lips at Elie as she walked past her. She was getting more and more angry by the second, as this girl had the audacity to come along and kiss Joy right on the mouth at such an intimate and emotionally heightened moment that wasn't supposed to involve her. She couldn't have picked a worse time. But Mariah decided not to say anything, because she herself had broken Joy's heart the previous year, and so she felt like she wasn't in good standing to show her anger, especially right in front of him. As for Tudi's comment, well, she could forgive that. Just about any teenage bystander would let a comment along those lines slip out upon witnessing such a convoluted situation. She couldn't bring herself to look at Elie as she and Tudi spoke to each other, and only stared at the ground.

(I'm going to let Number XV respond first, because I think it would be better to get Joy's reaction first, and then Mariah's. LOL I don't know exactly how Joy would react to Elie leaving--he would probably tell her not to go and blah blah blah, but I really don't know what would be going through his mind as he's saying it, so I'd feel uncomfortable controlling XV's character at this point. Haha sorry!)

So has anyone noticed...that North America gets KH3D in 91 days and 13 hours???

Alexis gave James a small smile, suggesting that she had gained confidence from such an attractive man being kind enough to tell her his name. She laughed on the inside when she saw him eying her. Right in the palm of my hand, as always, she thought. This poor boy must be particularly lonely. “James...that's a nice name,” she said warmly. “So what brings you here?” She looked down again and fiddled with the part of her hair that was submerged in the water as she waited for his answer.

Alexis offered Ethan a seductive smile that could bring down the walls of even the toughest man, then turned her attention to the blond boy as he came back. In a flash, she looked him up and down. Yes, he was cute enough, which was a good thing, because if she had been repulsed by his appearance, it would've been that much harder for her to pretend to like him. But not impossible, of course. Based on the impression she got from this guy, she decided to put on a far more innocent facade for him and strategically made herself blush as he sat next to her, some talents she had attained over the years. “Um, hi,” she said in a shy voice, making minimal eye contact. “I'm Lexi.” Looking down, she gathered her long hair and put all of it over her shoulder that was farthest away from the boy so that he could get a better view of her...face.

Level up more and meld commands like crazy and obtain all the abilities you can? LOL other than that, I got nothing.

“Riku, huh?” Larxene snickered. “Like that puppet we created. Wait...that gives me an idea. Now that I feel the boy's closer, I can sense a hint of darkness in his heart. It doesn't seem like it's coming from Riku, though. Could it be from...another Inhabiter? Is that even possible?” She was awestruck by the thought, then shook her head. “Well, I'm guessing that if we can awaken that darkness and let it consume him, he can help us with the other Inhabiters.” She giggled and let Alexis take over again. “Hm, I like Larxene's idea. We could always use a puppet, right?” Alexis said, winking at Ethan. She addressed Scott again. “And I like the sound of becoming as good a fighter as the one who took out the CIA. We may want to leave the puppet out of the training sessions, though, in case my plan with him fails and he turns on us. But I don't see that happening.” She grinned slyly, having spoken just above a whisper so that the Riku host wouldn't overhear as he got nearer.

So has anyone noticed...that I took the liberty of pointing Damion and Not-with-a-whimper out because I knew they would never mention themselves even though they deserve tons of credit for being awesome? LOL just saying... So has anyone noticed...that Koko now prefers the pronouns ze/hir/hirs when you refer to hir? Ze's being talking about how some people haven't been respecting that wish, and I'm helping to spread the word!

Larxene began speaking through Alexis. “Well, Marluxia, it's good to see you again. Sorry about leaving you behind back in Castle Oblivion, but it turns out the little hero got lucky during the last battle I had with him.” She wasn't about to admit that Sora had just flat-out defeated her, and luck had little to do with it. She then looked up toward the ceiling, though there wasn't actually anything to see there. “Hmm...I think we have company,” she said, not knowing whether to feel annoyed or pleased just yet. Maybe both.

(Oh, I haven't forgotten, but it could make things all the more interesting. James and Mariah had a similar situation in FF: Incarcerated, as Sephiroth tried several times to kill Tifa, but James and Mariah still fell in love with each other. Anyway, I think that James and Elie's personalities would be compatible. Haha but it's ultimately up to you and Azure Flame, obviously.As for Sumer, I don't think he's too powerful here. I mean, the final boss as Riku in CoM?? Yeah, Ansem is pretty powerful. ) Rebekah gasped and put a Barrier up in front of herself and Felix when the beam shot down at them, but she was still thrown back several yards, as the beam was the stronger force of the two. Rebekah was surprised at the tears on Felix's face. “Um...yeah, sounds good,” she replied, not knowing what they would be “talking” about later on. Aqua laughed again. Seriously, Aqua, WHAT?! “Nothing. Let's just finish the guy off, like Felix said.” Rebekah rolled her eyes. Fine. But you'd better tell me what you keep laughing at once this is over! “Oh, don't worry, I'm betting you'll find out soon enough.” ------------------------------------------------------------ Keilani felt like she was invading something at that moment, and she smiled mischievously and left. As she ran, she looked at Troy to make sure he was doing okay, and when she saw that he was, she got back into the bus to wait for the next instance in which she would be needed. ----------------------------------------------------------- Alexis laughed hysterically. “That's marvelous! You sure do know how to go after something. Now, let's talk more about your plans with these 'less hostile targets.' It sounds like too much fun!”

(@Azure Flame: Eh, maybe... LOL I just don't see the characters' personalities clicking together like Ethan/Hades and Lexi/Larxene, though. IDK, maybe she could seduce him for a bit or something, but I don't see her ever having real feelings for him. However, I do think James and Elie could go nicely together. Haha just a thought. And Mariah will take more notice of James's absence and hurt feelings in a little bit. I just don't want to control Joy/Cloud anymore than I have to, because I'm already not sure if I'm doing an okay job, so their little subplot will probably have to wait until Number XV comes back.) Alexis made no move to leave when Scott joined them in the hot tub, and her interest was genuinely sparked when he talked about the CIA and targeting places like schools and churches and hospitals. “Hmm...I think I like you already,” she said with a smirk. “But please, do tell how you took out the CIA.” ------------------------------------------------------------ Rebekah stepped away from Felix when he coated his arms with fire, not wanting him to accidentally burn her. “Can you? I'm not so sure, if you can't even speak correctly.” She turned toward the bus. “Keilani! Get the alcohol out of his system, will you? An Esuna spell should work.” Keilani put a Barrier around herself and ran out of the bus, then cast Esuna on Felix. She decided not to ask Rebekah why she was talking about alcohol at the moment.
