She also hadn’t expected to be picked up and flipped through the air six times. She helped Felix attack Sumer, firing Prism Rain in his direction. As she did, she caught sight of Callum from the corner of her eye and became distracted. Aqua... “Vanitas’s presence isn’t very strong. I guess Callum is keeping him at bay again...” ------------------------------------------------------------ Keilani’s eyes lit up when she saw Troy. She was so relieved to see that he was safe. “You got it!” she called when he gave his instructions. While Keilani was blissfully unaware that anything had changed about him, Naminé knew that something was wrong. Very wrong. But she didn’t want to tell Keilani just yet, not in the midst of a battle. The last thing she needed was to be distracted and get them both killed. Keilani stepped back in shock when Callum came up to her, but Joy didn’t appear to see Callum as a threat, so she relaxed. “I met Troy in front of the Today Show building...in New York. I can easily get us there with a Corridor of Darkness though, since I know right where it is.” She then looked at Callum blankly, trying to make sense of his words about Troy. Naminé flinched inwardly, wishing there was a less painful way to break the news to Keilani. It seemed like giving bad news was all she ever did. Keilani...Troy may not...be quite the same as he was before... Keilani still wasn’t processing this. “What do you mean?” she asked, her question directed mostly at Callum, but at Naminé as well. ------------------------------------------------------------ Mariah stepped up next to Joy, also trying to understand what Callum meant. The emotionless look on Callum’s face was eerie, and she knew that something bad had taken place. What had happened to him and Troy? ------------------------------------------------------------ Alexis nodded. “Scott is our friend...Ethan and I can’t just leave him in this horrible place,” she said quietly, hoping to soften James’s resolve. “Why don’t you trust my friend?” She looked sadly into James’s eyes as she asked this question.

Eh, that's nothing new to me. But as long as they still have the desire for it, there's always a chance, however small. I just may be in my forties by the time the dream finally becomes a reality. X'D

(Ah! I forgot about the part with Elie's staff almost hitting Mariah! Sorry about that, Yuffie. It just gets hard to remember everything my characters are supposed to react to when I have so many of them. Also, did you notice Rebekah's attack on Sumer?) Alexis looked around “nervously” as they walked through the prison, and acted shocked to see Scott all beaten up. “Scott, we’re going to do everything we can for you,” she promised. “But why would they starve you all? It doesn’t make any sense.” She shook her head in disbelief. “This is such a convoluted system.” ------------------------------------------------------------ “Tudi!” Keilani cried. She ran over to her and used Curaga, hoping it could wake her up. (Not-with-a-whimper, please come back!!!! D: )

(Aww bummer. Okay then...) Rebekah got the same idea as Scott and charged at Sumer with Lightning Ray. Keilani, feeling helpless, only kept her Barrier up, hoping not to get hit. ------------------------------------------------------------ Mariah was just about to jump out of the way when Seichi blocked Reilly’s attack. “Thanks,” she said with a smile. She started running at Reilly again, and glanced at Joy as she ran. His face looked pretty bad after Reilly had smashed it into the wall. “You okay?” she called, springing at Reilly to kick him. ------------------------------------------------------------ Alexis put on a frightened, innocent face and clutched James’s arm. “Of course we’re clean!” she said in quiet surprise. “We just want to see our friend...” ------------------------------------------------------------ “Callum!” Troy cried as he fell. He looked up at the χ-blade with wide eyes and stepped back. “Uh-oh. That can’t be good...”

Ah, such similarities, only to find slight differences! That's probably a good thing though. Otherwise, if we had the exact same dream and the exact same top four cookies, I would start to believe you were like my male doppelganger.

Keilani laughed again, and she would have high-fived Felix if she weren’t using her hands to keep the Barrier up. Rebekah rolled her eyes at both of them. Was she the only one of the three who didn’t enjoy gambling with her own life?

You're going to MAKE all of them?? *hugs you* Alright, then I guess it'll be worth the wait.

Rebekah grinned. “Not before I buy you that new shirt!” she replied. Keilani snickered. Though she had been distraught over Troy’s absence the previous night, she hadn’t missed the exchange between Felix and Rebekah where he had taken off his shirt and torn it to pieces right in front of her. She looked at Sumer. She knew this was a bad idea...a horrible one...but she couldn’t help herself. “Come on, is that all you got?!” she taunted him.

*grumbles* Well...I guess that's a little better...

Keilani laughed. “Thanks, Felix!” she called. She joined him and Rebekah and put up her own Barrier to contribute.

Two years?? And why must I wait two years, my good man?

(Yuffie, did you still want to control Tyler?) Alexis looked over her shoulder to see who James was talking to, and saw the girl whose Inhabiter was apparently Kairi. Well, this was a little awkward. Alexis had no idea what to do with the girl, or how she could affect their plans. She turned back to Ethan and said, “Yeah, why don’t you take us there? Just teleport us--I want to get there as quickly as possible.” Alexis knew going after Scott was risky, and she would rather have just left him to rot in prison, but some part of her believed that what Scott had said to her at the restaurant was true. And the promise of additional power was irresistible to her. ------------------------------------------------------------ Mariah nodded at Seichi, then saw Joy a short distance away, being held in a headlock by Reilly. She rushed over to them and sprang at Reilly to punch his face. ------------------------------------------------------------ Keilani screamed and jumped out one of the windows of the bus when she saw Sumer’s attack coming for the vehicle’s engine. After landing hard on the ground, she looked behind her and saw the Felix had put up a wall of fire. “Well, at least we still have a bus,” she muttered. ------------------------------------------------------------ Rebekah ran in front of Felix and put a Barrier around both him and herself, hopefully nullifying the chances of him getting hit at all by Sumer's attack.

I've been normal. It seems my life is always insanely busy, and this year has been no exception. I've got plenty to occupy myself with before KH3D comes out...I only wish I had enough time to replay all the games up to Re:coded, but my schedule simply won't allow it. X'D
