I've heard many people call it X-Blade and some words about it too, so I thought to post my opinion. I don't know if Square Enix or anyone else said anything about it, this is just my opinion: This "X" from the ?-blade is basically the Greek X, "?" and it is pronounced "hee", but since it's a little hard to pronounce "hee" they say "key" instead. Remember, this is just my opinion, dunno if Square Enix said anything.

The sword does damage, but it's little. It's just wooden. It's not enchanted or blessed with any power or something :S
