"Nah, I'm not really hungry" said Chase, but unfortunately for him his stomach rumbled loud enough for both girls to hear. He blushed a bit in embarrassment as Nau and Lillia started giggling. He chuckled nervously before rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly.

Chase blinked when he saw Nausicaa holding hands with a little girl, not really expecting to see her so soon. "Hey Nausicaa" he called out to her, waving his hand slightly in their direction. The look the little girl was giving him made Chase a bit uncomfortable; it was almost like she was trying to judge who he was with her eyes. Pretty unnerving once you think about it.

Mana covered her eyes as the light radiated off of Alex before it faded away along with that giant monster. When she opened them again, she really didn't know what to do. "Alex?" she said softly, worried about her new friend. He was hurt real badly and Mana couldn't help but feel guilty. How can I go off on an adventure if I can't even protect myself?I'd just end up as a burden for Alex she thought bitterly, wiping away any tears that threatened to overflow. Mana knew that crying wouldn't solve anything right now so she reached into her bookbag and took out an Elixar. Opening it, she pressed it towards Alex's parted lips and poured it slowly into his mouth so he wouldn't choke on it. But suddenly, Mana saw something out of the corner of her eyes and paled slightly. A few of those monsters had popped up again. She grinded her teeth in annoyance; haven't these things cause enough trouble already? Mana stood up, her eyes burning with determination. "Alex," she said softly, even though she knew the boy wouldn't hear her in his unconscious state "you've been protecting me since we met. Now it's my turn to protect you" Then a bright light appeared in her hand, which faded away gradually an revealed a white, gold and blue Keyblade. "Oathkeeper" Mana's eyes widened in shock at the voice that told her the name of the Keyblade before a sly smile appeared on her face.

'This just keeps getting better and better' thought Mana as she examined the shoulder gaurd. She saw that one part of it looked like some sort of button, wondering if maybe it did something. "Do you think that could help us leave Radiant Garden?" she asked, before Mana heard a familiar voice. She turned around and saw that is was her younger brother running towards her. "Ted? What are you doing here?" she asked, puzzled as to why he was here. After Ted reached the both of them, he paused for a moment to catch his breath before looking at her. "Mom told me to look for you since you've been gone for a while." "Oh..." was all Mana could say. "Well, tell mom that I'm not coming home for a while" Her brother's eyes widen at what his sister just said. "You're kidding me right?" "Nope. I'm leaving and I have no clue as to when I'm coming back." Mana knew that Alex was still there but she didn't really care. She had made a promise to herself that when she had the chance, Mana would go off and have an adventure of her own and she wasn't about to go back on her word.

Mana's face brightened up at Alex's offer. "Are you serious?" He nodded his head yes, making Mana grin before she gave him a hug. "Thank you so~ much! You won't believe how long I've wanted to go on an adventure!" she said happily before realizing that she was hugging someone she just met. Mana let Alex go immediately laughing nervously. "Oops. Sorry about that Alex. I tend to act before I think"

Mana blinked twice before scratching the back of her head sheepishly. "Truth be told, I was walking around and turn a corner when one of those things popped out. It tried to attack me but I smack it away with my bookbag and it hit the wall but then more of them appeared so the best thing I did was run the hell away like anyone would." she said with a grin. "And I can honestly say that it was the most fun I've ever had" Mana added as an after thought, noticing the look of disbelief Alex had. "Hey, don't give me that look! It's been pretty boring around here and that was the most exciting thing that's ever happened to me! It's almost like one of the fantasy books I read!" she said excitedly.

Mana was in slight shock at what just happened. A boy around her age just took those creatures out with a weird looking weapon. It looked like a cross between a sword and a key. She snapped out of her daze to look at Alex. "Oh. I'm Mana and thanks for the save" she said with a small smile. "What's that weapon of yours called anyways?" Mana asked curiously, a gleam of excitement in her blue-grey eyes despite the possible near death experience she had.
