If you're f2p, the avatar boards are a better investment then the Epic Carnivals. The rng is too bad. You really got to read the fine print and see what the guaranteed pulls are.

Honestly it's not worth it to dump a bunch of money. I usually get the discount 3000 pack during epic carnivals. That way I get a least two shots to get good medals. But other then that it's not worth it. Especially because quest medals are included in the pool of premium medals.
