Lucia tried to pull herself together. She wasn't acting like herself and she didn't like it. She lost some self-respect for acting this weak. Things may have been difficult, but it was no reason to get so emotional. She got off of the floor and walked out of the house. She had to find Lilith and Tony and get everything straightened out. She walked a little while and didn't see them anywhere. "Lilith! Hey, Lilith! Tony!" she shouted. She noticed the sun starting to rise and got a little worried. Hopefully she could find them quickly. "Lilith! Tony!"

"It's fine to ask, don't worry." Mary Jane assured her, but didn't give a friendly smile or anything. It not that she wasn't thrilled to meet someone like her, but she just never smiled much. "My power is telekinesis. I can move things with my mind." Mary Jane looked over and saw a baseball near them. To demosntrate her powers, she made it float in the air, then sent it flying, all without touching it. "See? So, what is it that you can do?"

Mary Jane watched the girl as she started leaving. She felt bad about lying. Mostly because she could relate to the girl, wanting someone to accept them. Mary Jane stood up from the bench and caught up with the girl. She kept her voice low, so no one else could hear. "... So you're like me? I didn't think there were quite so many people with powers." She felt better about telling her the truth. Lying may be a small thing to some people, but it usually weighed on her conscience too much. And she had enough to worry about.

Well, gonna go get ready for a play I'm in tonight. Hope it goes well.

Same predicament... She couldn't mean... Mary Jane thought. She decided to be nanchalant about the matter, and maybe do a bit of lying. Who knew if this girl actually did have powers like Mary Jane. "Powers? Like superheroes? Those kinds of powers?" She gave a laugh that sounded real enough. "I think you might have me mistaken for someone else." There's no way she's believing this act. Mary Jane thought, bitterly.
