Insurgent was AWSOME, sooooooo good! Better than the first! So intense and emotional! Really connected with Tris & all other characters (even Jenine). You HAVE to see it in theatres, even more than once it is so worth it

Insurgent's Cinema Score is A-, coming pretty close to Divergent's opening weekend gross

    Riku21Terr replied

Remember guys, even if there are some scenes NOT in the movie that were in the book, there are always the deleted scenes later. Look at the movie as its own thing like what quite a few fans have done!

I do not regret having payed over 300$ worth of tickets to help Percy Jackson: Sea of monsters warrent a sequel. At least it was spent towards sometihing that I loved and better to be spending it on that than tempting on drugs, alchohol and foolish wastes of money. I have learned a lot since then, and i hope others will too

    Caity replied

    I would rather the drugs

    Caity replied

Even though I love Percy Jackson

    Robbie the Wise replied

At least the Sea of Monsters was a step up from The Lightning Thief.

I'm an author myself, and I was quite pleased with Vampire Academy overall. Books are ALWAYS better, but I side with the V.A. fans that this is an "82% movie", not an "11% movie"

    Queen Tery replied

I thought it was a pretty damn chaotic and cheesy movie with forced and lazy acting. The final fight was the only good part.

    Riku21Terr replied

It was entertaining and fun to watch if nothing else. You gotta admit, better than Twilight, and the acting seemed very natural to me, espcially Lyssa. And i was actually surprised by the Special FX for such a low budget film, i mean aside from the wolves, the fire looked real like it was cnjured up. and the crow hitting the statue? LOL! Remidned me of the bird in Prisoner of Azkaban, only way better executed and funnier

    Queen Tery replied

Eh, I only ever saw the first Twilight and I actually thought the acting in the original Twilight had more time put into it than Vampire Academy. Lyssa's acting was better than Rose's, but not my much imo. I thought Demitri's was the only one I thought was any good.

Anyone expecting a page by page translation of the book should just listen to the audio version because that’s the only way such a thing is possible. Books and movies are different mediums. You have less time in a movie, and some things that are awesome on the page aren’t so great on the screen. You also have to make sure the movie makes sense to people who’ve read the book AND to those who haven’t.

m a big fan of the books and movies. Unlike a lot of others, I can actually separate the books from the movies and enjoy both.
