  1. Hey, since the game will have an unlockable theme, does that mean potential profile pics? Can I finally get Sora's HUD face next to my profile?
  2. FM changed the names of the difficulties to the now standard names. They also scaled the overall difficulty a bit. FM Beginner > US Normal > FM Standard > US Expert > FM Proud
  3. KHFM Lv1 will be the TRUE challenge for KH veterans. Every other game that has Lv1 potential had some kind of help like KH2's damage scaling or BBS and DDD's access to Second Chance and Once More but KH1... No... That will be a royal nightmare...
  4. I could care less. I was just praising God that I finally freaking beat Riku!
  5. Not really a problem. All current gen systems have wireless controllers that drain the battery surprisingly fast. As long as it comes with a wire you can plug into the system, its fine.
  6. I liked reCoded. Only game that really bugs me is Days. I guess my only real problem is the difficulty. Compared to the other games, this game is downright sadistic on the hardest difficulty. Almost unfair. I was stuck in Hollow Bastion for ages. In wasn't until the end of Hollow Bastion Part 2 that I got Judgement Triad and proceeded to annihilate the rest of the game.
  7. There is only one thing Vanilla KH2 has over FM. Its better for speedrunning. You get Explosion really early in the original and there is no Roxas fight.
  8. Here's a question for cosplayers, have you ever worn your costume (Or parts of them) outside of the conventional times like Cons or Halloween? I occasionally wear my KH1 Sora coat. I'm also always wearing the crown necklace but that is pretty basic. I also have this Naruto jacket I got years ago but I barely wear it now because it is so freaking thick. If it isn't snowing outside, I'd practically catch fire from how hot that thing gets...
  9. Since I actually play Final Mix, Critical Level 1. Not even standard Critical is a challenge anymore.
  10. At least someone knows why he is pink. A girl with pink is just a girl in pink. Big whoop. A man in pink is considered much more threatening since the color (And the scythe of course) makes it like your staring Death in the face. More people need to learn the symbolism behind Marluxia. KH has a lot of foreign symbols and culture reference people miss.
  11. I went in with Time Splicer, Triple Firaga, Triple Blizzaga, Thundaga Shot, Seeker Mine and 2 Curagas. I used the Explosion finisher and Prism Rain(What else?) I found that in the time it takes to do a max leveled Time Splicer and Explosion, Time Splicer is already done charging. I just did those 2 for all the heartless. For the Dark Hunter, I got really lucky. After about 3 bars of damage, I got him into glitched AI lock. He was stuck doing his sidestep over and over again. I just sat there spamming Triple Firaga and Prism Rain for the rest of the fight. I started it at Level 34 on Critical Mode and ended at Level 40. Those Heartless give a crapload of EXP.
  12. As much as I would want Multiplayer added back in, there is one fatal flaw in the PS2 version. 2 words... Lethal... Frame...
  13. No, they are in the US version as well. In the Japanese version, you had to have clear data from KH2FM to get the bonuses. In the US version, all you had to do was beat Reverse Rebirth. The 2 KHFM keyblades were already there in the GBA version.
  14. This is pretty great. BBSFM is one of the few games I didn't get because of its absurd price tag. Everywhere I looked, it was typically over $70 for some reason. Was it short printed or something?
  15. This might be a little trivial, but I either want the option for custom button layouts or at least the ability to choose between the US and JPN button layout. I don't know about you, but I cannot stand the US setup with having X as attack/confirm and O as jump/cancel. The flipped Japanese setup is so much easier to use.
  16. KHFM already uses Beginner, Standard and Proud. Critical wasn't until KH2FM. Of course, Proud pretty much is Critical since Standard is US Expert. I would like it if there was a Critical Mode added and did like what KH2FM did. Start the game with extra AP and a No Experience ability. However, without Guard, KH1 at Level 1 would be virtually impossible. They should do this for ReCom too but start with extra CP. BTW, for BBS, I want capes!
  17. They remapped the 4th command to the Triangle button like KH2 did. Here's a picture I managed to get of the new commands. I'm guessing the RC is one of KH1's limit attacks. If they did this, there might be a chance of other things getting fixed. If they move the camera to the right stick, I will be happy... Edit: I just checked. The RC is "Arukanamu" which translates to Arcanum.
  18. I've been playing KHFM for a few years now. Here is about everything I can find. -Everything that was added in the US version that wasn't in the original japanese version. -2 new Keyblades. (One-Winged Angel and Diamond Dust) Donald and Goofy get a few new toys as well. -Many new attacks that were used in Com and KH2FM. (Slapshot, Slide Dash, )-Several other new abilities. (Tech Plus, Encounter Plus, Leaf Bracer, and many others) -New fight with Xemnas. (Sephiroth has had his AI changed as well, he can't be looped anymore) -Gummi Ship missions (Enemy gummis also got an extreme boost in power) -New Gummi Ship pieces. (One of which makes you pretty much invincible on Beginner) -Pre-Fight Cutscenes are skip-able if you die. (Only triggers if you die and go back to fight again) -Difficulties were modified. It uses the now-standard "Beginner", "Standard" and "Proud". The actual difficulties are different too, they didn't just change the names. (FM Beginner < US Normal < FM Standard < US Expert < FM Proud) -New Cutscenes. A few showing Riku's side of the story, a scene between Sephiroth and Cloud and the new KH2 teaser "Deep Dive." -Emblem Heartless were recolored. (Pureblood Heartless are still pure black) -1 to 2 new Heartless were added into each world. (Most of the time being either very difficult or very tricky) Let's see... *Looks at notepad* Yep, I think that's everything... Overall, its much better. Its nice being able to skip scenes but you shouldn't have as much trouble as with KH1, despite Proud being harder then Expert. Having access to Slide Dash and Leaf Bracer just tear the game apart.
  19. No, its not the same. The song was "given" away. I won't go into details, but Kojima willingly gave the rights to the song away. MGS4 and Brawl were supposed to have the song but it was cut. You can still find the MGS theme in the coding for Brawl. Every game after that happened has excluded the theme song with the only exception being the MGS2 and MGS3 HD ports.
  20. Konami lost the rights to the Metal Gear Solid theme and MGS2 was still intact.
  21. I've been hearing things about this collection being done by Bluepoint, the ones who made the MGS HD Collection. Is there any proof to this?
  22. Get Second Chance, Once More and a few Balloons then fight him... Only thing in the fight that can mess you up is when he locks your commands. Other then that, he is a joke of a super boss.
  23. The first I get but in second one I don't. He is clearly weaker in the last fight. Just look at his HP.
  24. During my last playthrough, I noticed the Replica has quite a few weird things about him. Lets start with a short explanation. Based on what I can see, the fights go in this order. Riku I > Sora I > Sora II > Sora III > Sora IV > Riku II Here is where things get weird. Repliku during Riku 1 is actually stronger then during Sora 1 and 2. This is found by the fact he can do Helm Split and his attack is higher then normal. That means he randomly became weaker after his first battle and took 2 fights with Sora to regain it. This happens again at the end in a very unrealistic location. In his 4th fight with Sora, he is actually stronger then the 2nd fight is Riku. This makes no sense at all. First off, how did he even get those "God Powers" for the Sora fight? He didn't absorb Zexion until shortly before the 2nd Riku fight. Plus, in the context of actual power, absorbing Zexion actually made him weaker! He has 7 1/2 health bars against Sora but only 6 1/2 against Riku, plus he does less damage against Riku. I've actually survived a Dark Aura with Riku on Proud before whereas I always die with Sora. Long story short, the Replica randomly gets weaker in random locations. There is a possible reason behind the first loss of power but the 2nd one doesn't.
