i know what portal you are talking about i had a problem when i was looking for it but i will tell you where it is at. its in the machine room 1F where you get the blizziga spell at and for sora in quasimode world check the graveyard tunnels and catacombs there are some hidden area rooms where they are at

you want to get the ruy dragon so that way you can send it airborne and spam dragon barrage or dragon breath on the enemy you have to beat it under 2 min to get a star rank oh also sometimes go on defense so you can get mega flare that does alot of damage

already beat it doing the secret portal and working on julius then going to do critical
