I always see people on here who ask others about personal stuff, now I'm the one to ask. I have bipolar disorder myself, and I always wonder how many teens have to deal with bipolar as well. If you don't want to post on here please message me I just want to have some support and support others with bipolar disorder.

I wonder how people see me, do they see me as a ugly person or someone full of beauty?? I don't want to be told by others that I am pretty because then I expect to see myself as they do....Is that bad? I know I doubt my appearance more today than when I was young...and I feel bad about that. Somewhere in my head I know I'm pretty but the thought won't come out and I'm confused about how I see myself. Does anybody understand how I feel?
