My Pokemon were in their 60s when I battled them. Level 53 is way too low to battle them in my opinion.

"I have..." she cried, "Itachi, I have."* Can we consider them to be living in their own world, shaped by their beliefs? *For all you Naruto fans, this is after Itachi's death, sometime during his Edo Tensei revival.

That's why I gave my best Pokemon lucky eggs, so they'd be a good amount of lvls higher than storyline trainers.
