Probally, but I think maybe it will just be a note but the game could have hidden messages to hint worlds like maybe in one of the worlds in KH2FM they might have a woody doll or buzz lightyear. Or somethang like that.

My predictions are that the secret ending is going to be for Kingdom Hearts 3. I think like they will show Ventus and, the others that have to be saved. Disney Worlds: 100 Arc Wood I could defintley see this world work becuase face it in the Kingdom Hearts series the games with Numbers always have 100 Arc Wood. I really want to see lumpy in it. And, if I recall they had a villian in it so they could have just ONE boss fight. Atlantica Oh god. If they bring this world back I might scream.
