I think this is a big step up for the Pokemon series and I'm looking forward to it. I honestly like all three starters and I'm having a hard time choosing which one to pick but I might go with Froakie since I usually start with a water type the first time around. I'm going with Pokemon X since Xerneas looks amazing to me, not that Yvetal looks bad I just prefer Xerneas. The theme of game might be DNA, genetics a sci-fi kind of story. As for the gyms I'm hoping for a dark(it's about time we get one),flying,grass,psychic, ghost,fire, steel and fighting. The elite 4 could be ground/rock,dragon,ice, electric. The champion could have a electric,fire,ghost, psychic type group.

I'm actually having a hard time choosing which starter to pick they all look great but I'm leaning towards Fennekin mainly because I like foxes and since I normally choose a water starter it'd be a nice change of pace. I'm also fond of the legendaries especially the deer one that looks like that deer from Princess Mowhatyacallit, the setting also has a French theme which is fantastic, as far as the story goes the X and Y might represent chromosomes and the Japanese logos feature DNA double helix , so it might have a sciencey sci-fi feel to it.
